Great location, close enough to town to enjoy the amenities but also far enough away to be more peaceful

We loved the backyard and the location near the rodeo grounds. Peaceful & beautiful. Access to the neighborhood pool was also lovely during the few hot days we had! Thank you guys for having us.

Located on my favorite street in Moab! I love this area. So close to town, yet very quiet and the backyard feels so private. Also, the houses on this street are huge. The house feels so large inside, yet it still feels cozy and well laid out. There were only 3 of us, but I bet we could have comfortably fit a lot more. Plus there is a full-sized garage, big laundry room, and ample driveway space. I will definitely stay again.

Absolutely loved our stay at Shelley’s place. I’m pretty sure I want to build a home just like it. It was a perfect private location with so much to do just out the back door. We will definitely make this a regular location for us as we visit Moab. Shelley even left us a nice snack of fresh salmon and salmon pate one evening after returning from a hike. Can’t say enough about how great the location was.

This was by far the best Airbnb we have stayed in. I definitely recommend staying here! Every detail was so thought out, and each room was fully stocked with all the essentials. The closets all come with a table fan and extra towels and linens. The location was perfect, and the area is so peaceful.

Amazing place! Looks and feels bigger than the pictures. It’s a little outside of town, but in a good way! Only a quick few minutes drive to the center of town, but you can come home to a quiet neighborhood. It’s right next to the pool, but with a park in between, and your very own hot tub, with a very private double backyard with sooo much seating space! It was amazing everybody in the party could have access to the back yard from their bedrooms. The pet area was perfect for our fur babies! Just a very well designed house and yard. Next time we come to see Arches or The Hole In the Rock we will definitely stay here.

Host was great to work with and responded quickly. For 6 of us and 3 pets this was perfect. Beds were very comfortable. Saved a ton of money being able to cook at the air bnb and not fight the restaurant crowds. Ended up being a great stay.

Clean condo, as described. Comfortable. Located about 10 mins south of downtown Moab. Close to town but not walking distance. Nice pool/amenities. Ground floor unit, not very soundproof as we could hear neighbors above us walking around/talking.

This place is absolutely stunning and very easy to walk to restaurants. This place had a lot of amenities such as laundry detergents and dishwasher. Also a lot of towels. Very clean amazing place highly recommended!!

Mike's place was very clean and neat. The kitchen was very well stocked with extra small appliances such as an instant pot and a crock pot that made cooking for a family of 4 easy. There were also item such as sugar and spices already there. The furnature/beds were comfortable. The pools, hot tub, and basketball/tennis court are very nice and easy to walk to . The location of Mike's Place is on the outskirt of Moab, but on the main highway and easy to get to the grocery store and all the Moab happenings. It was quiet at night and you could see the milkyway from the back patio. I used the gas grill once on the back patio and was very easy to use. We felt very safe there as well and would stay there again. It was conveniently located to Arches and Canyonlands.

Our stay in Moab at Carol's house was better than expected. Before arriving I was concerned about parking the trailer but there was plenty of room on the road just outside the house with easy access. The pool was refreshing after a long hot day out on the trail. I appreciated the use of the grill on the patio. Thanks again Carol for hosting my family.

Very comfortable and great place for kids. The pool and hot tub were great. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location in Moab! We came in from visiting the other three National Parks in UT, and this was a great place to base for our visits to Arches and Canyonlands. We enjoyed a great dinner at Broken Oar, and want to come back to do some other activities when the weather is a little cooler!

This house was our “home away from home” for a month and we totally fell in love with it. The house feels warm and cozy (not impersonal and sterile as some Airbnbs do). It's the little things we don't carry while travelling but that made our stay easy: a soda-stream, tupperware boxes we could use on a hike. Humidifier was a nice touch to help us acclimatise to the desert. We had more room than we could ask for: main bed is the size of a football field, each of us had a desk to work at, and anytime we could just step out on the patio and watch the neighbours: Blue jay Fred and cheeky chipmunks. Views from the patio are breathtaking! The Castleton tower dominates the east, La Sals to the south keep their “head in the clouds.” The location is perfect! Away from the Moab rush, close to trails less trodden; it's 30 minutes to the Arches NP entrance. In case of a coffee emergency, the Sorrel ranch is close. This is a great place and if we're in this area ever again, we'd surely return.

Loved our stay! Was really fun glamping in such a remote but beautiful area. The tent had everything you needed and the showers (bathhouse) was really great with great water pressure and clean. Rich sent us all the necessary info beforehand and made it really easy to find the place, check in and come prepared. Would love to come back some time!

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin very much. The home was as described. Rustic, remote, peaceful, and private, but well appointed and very comfortable. This is a great choice for adventurous spirits visiting Moab for outdoor activities but wish to be far away from town. John is an excellent communicator, responsive to all messages immediately, and he really seems invested in sharing his love for the area with others. He accommodated our one big ask, and our dogs enjoyed their stay as well. Their favorite part of our Moab vacation was a daily long walk along the lane to the cabin and Sand Flats road in search of rabbits, deer, and turkeys. Please read the description of the cabin and surf his website for the rental if unfamiliar with the area, particularly to the description of the drive into the property. Sand Flats road is a beautiful drive up and down to the cabin, and every trip added more to our adventure, but it’s a steep gravel road up a canyon rim. We will stay again!

We loved this cozy little cabin/Casita on the outskirts of Moab. It was perfect for our family of four.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was fantastic. Plenty of parking for large trailers. The coffee maker is a keurig, we weren’t aware of that and brought different coffee.

Excellent tiny home in a travel community just outside the main hustle and bustle of Main Street Moab…comfortable stay…plenty of room….pet friendly….overall it was the perfect stay for our two days stop in Moab while on our roadtrip. Would love to come back and stay longer!
