House holiday rentals in Spata

Unfortunately, we stayed at Artemis's place for a week due to doctor's orders of relaxing after being in the hospital. Staying here was the perfect definition of rest, relaxation and peace! There is plenty of privacy as you are at the highest on the hill and the neighbors are all quiet as well. We spend about 4 months of the year in AirBnB's for the last 7 years, and this place was the absolute best and we didn't want to leave. The host was terrific in responding to any needs or questions. The place is just as you see it and read about it. The small village below has many amazing taverns and places to eat and grab a coffee. Porto Rafti is a gem of a place to add to the value of Artemis's place!! Thanks Artemis for having a terrific place, see you next time!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is well equipped, clean, and perfectly located—just a few steps from the beach. Vasileios and his family are incredibly kind and welcoming. When you're traveling with kids, it's so important to feel supported, and we truly felt that here. It’s comforting to know someone is nearby and willing to help if needed. Highly recommend this place for families—we’d love to come back!

Amazing - I could not fault this AirBnb listing in any shape or form. Kyriaki was the most accommodating host from the start and assisted with all our queries without hesitation including questions around transfers, facilities and location. Kyriaki greeted us upon arrival and talked us through key aspects of the house - she was so friendly and approachable. The house was beautiful, well located (10 min walk from the beach) and provided all the facilities to make for a more than comfortable stay. She even went above and beyond in helping us with an incident we had during our holiday, if I could give her more than 5 stars I would. Thank you so much again x

Panos's listing was great - everything as expected and the kids really enjoyed the pool. Several quality restraunts in walking distance and a bit of excersise up the hill after a meal was welcome. His sister who helped, is also great. Would recommend!

We had the best week ever. Maro and her family went above and beyond to make our stay so perfect. The facilities are stunning, exceptionally clean and the views were amazing. As a group of 5 young girls we felt so safe and Maro & family ensured we were completely comfortable. Maro kindly cooked us a delicious bbq on our last night and John was kind enough to drop us off at the airport when we were struggling with the taxis! We would recommend this to everybody and we will be sharing with our family and friends. Thank you so much Maro & family xxx

Absolutně skvělé ubytování které by stálo i za vyšší cenu, úžasný bazén, nádherné venkovní sezení s grilem a venkovní kuchyní, vše moderní útulné a čisté s dokonalým soukromým. Dostatek restaurací v dochozí vzdálenosti, bez problému možnost nakoupit si vše v blízkých krámech.

We had a fabulous stay at Nasos’s villa! Everything we needed for a peaceful, adult family holiday was provided from start to finish. The setting was quiet, beautiful, and incredibly relaxing, a perfect escape if you’re looking to get away from it all. We hardly even felt the need to visit the beach because the pool and outdoor space were so inviting. The hammock was especially popular. We also appreciated the thoughtful little treats left for us by the housekeepers upon arrival, such a warm welcome! Nasos was a fantastic host. He personally dropped off grocery essentials at the start of our stay and was attentive and helpful throughout, even assisting us with arranging transfers from Athens since we chose not to rent a car. Thank you so much, Nasos—it was truly lovely to meet you. We’d be more than happy to stay again in the future. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ, Nasos!

Maria was a delight to communicate with, the space was exactly as she described, getting in late and leaving next morning, she made sure she greeted us and said goodbye. The treats and fruits and Good Greek coffee she supplied saved us having to find somewhere to get dinner and bfast, as we had flights either end. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip. Peaceful garden to enjoy too while waiting to be picked up - Uber Taxis from here are so convenient! Highly recommend Sirius Escape! 🤗

Charming cottage near the Athens airport, perfect home before an early morning flight. Super cute outdoor space, and had all the amenities we needed, and a quiet place to get good rest.

Logement impeccable conforme à la description. Propre. Bonne literie. Petite terrasse sympa devant le petit jardin potager. Idéal pour une ou deux nuits en transfert car pas très éloigné du port de Rafina (15mn en voiture) et de l'aéroport (20 à 25mn en voiture). Bémol : couloir aérien donc assez bruyant, prévoir des boules quies pour la nuit et ça ira ! Dimitris est très accueillant, communiquant et serviable, une belle rencontre ! Si nous avons besoin, nous reviendrons !

Great value and near to the airport

The ceilings, natural light, beautiful craftsmanship of the wood, REAL ART! We have travelled extensively and enjoyed some beautiful Airbnb experiences. Christos space has moved to #1 on our list. My doctor, his parents were born in Greece, advised I should limit our time in Athens to 2 or 3 days. We are so glad we didn’t. Christos created a book, which I was hoping to buy but he gave us, that is BRILLIANT. The book is a pictorial and informational guide to Athens and Greece. Which he told me he could reproduce quite easily. If you stay at his space you will understand my surprise. Everything you need is a few minutes walk away. We came to Greece because of the history and the islands. We fell in love with Greece, the kindness of its people and generosity of spirit. Christos and his place may be the best of it.

We stayed a single night to catch an early flight the next morning. The property was clean and quiet. Everything was as shown in the booking. It was only a short drive to some local restaurants.

Great stay close to the airport for our flight out the following day! Also close to a bunch of restaurants on the water & Christos was able to give us recommendations for taxis, etc during our stay

*Please note: This is not a review for Sofias apartment as we did not stay there due to it having been double booked. Our host Kelly was kind enough to offer us accommodation at the more expensive Hellas apartment instead at no extra cost to us. She met us there and showed us around as well and was really lovely to chat to. Hellas apartment was on the ground floor and was so nice and cool that we didn't even need to use the air conditioner! The open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area was very spacious and the two double bedrooms each had their own TV and very comfortable beds and pillows. It was only a 4 minute drive from lots of restaurants along the Artimeda beach area, and an easy drive to the airport early in the morning.  If you have the windows and shutters closed the air traffic noise is really not an issue - and we both slept well! I would highly recommend this lovely clean apartment to other travellers.

Ίσως και η καλύτερη διαμονή μέσω της πλατφόρμας Airbnb το κατάλυμα φοβερό όμορφο μοντέρνο και πεντακάθαρο δεν του έλειπε τίποτα και οι οικοδεσπότες άμεσοι φιλικοί και απίστευτα ευγενικοί. Το συντομότερο θα ήθελα να ξανά επισκεφθω το κατάλυμα. Σας ευχαριστώ για όλα ❤️

Az apartman nagyon jól felszerelt, a part nagyon közel van. Minden elérhető távolságban található (bolt, étterem, bár). Athénba való beutazás is egyszerű és gyors Maria édesanyja Dora nagyon segítőkész és kedves volt, és nagyon finom süteménnyel várt minket.

Georges a été très accueillant , réactif et de bon conseil. Une maison conforme à la description , décorée avec goût et située dans un quartier calme . je recommande... Merci à vous .

It was a wonderful stay in the apartment right at the shores. The apartment was exactly as described. For us it was perfect as a family with two kids. Direct access to the shallow waterfront, hardly any traffic in front of the premises, closed area , and very close to a lovely small marina with cafes and restaurants. We just loved staying here.

Marios ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber - immer sehr gut erreichbar und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung war leicht zu finden. die Wegbeschreibung war sehr gut und der Check-in sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung selbst war größer als wir erwartet haben und hatte eine gute Ausstattung - man hat alles was man braucht.
