The house is very easy reachable via public transportation; the post-van is 5 minutes to go, with direct connection to St. Gallen (with an overall travel time of 30 minutes). The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

In our single-family home, we rent out our modern studio. The studio is located on the first floor, has its own private entrance, and is completely separate from our living area, except for the shared staircase. We place great value on sustainability – our home is heated with geothermal energy and we generate our electricity with a solar PVsystem. Experience the special feeling of starting your day with a clear conscience. Right next to the main entrance, there is a free parking space available.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für das Alltägliche befinden sich in Speicher und Teufen, die Stadt St. Gallen ist mit dem Auto in 10min erreichbar. Die Zufahrt zur Unterkunft führt über eine Waldstrasse - im Winter 4x4 oder den 10-minütigen Fussweg

Dieses Apartment besticht durch stilvolle Einrichtung, das moderne Arbeitszimmer und das luxuriöse Bad. In dieser Wohlfühloase befinden sich auf über 20m2, ein exklusiver Whirlpool sowie eine Dusche, die auch als Dampfsauna funktioniert. Die Küche (Mikrowelle & Kaffeemaschine) wird Werktags (08:00 - 17:00) auch von unserem Notar genutzt, der sein Büro im vorderen Teil der Immobilie hat. (Direkter Zutritt von der privaten Tiefgarage aus, wo ein Parkplatz kostenlos zur Verfügung steht).

Holiday cottage on the sunny slope with beautiful views. After a short but somewhat steep walk to the bungalow, you can enjoy the view of the Alpstein with our local mountain, the Säntis, on a cozy terrace. There are many walking and hiking opportunities directly from the house. Please note: From the parking lot, it is about 100 m on foot relatively steep up the hill to the beautifully located bungalow on the edge of the forest.

Private bedroom in Souterrain (semi-basement) with private bathroom. No kitchen! We do not offer cooking facilities, nor do we install temporary kitchens, it is not possible to prepare food in the room. Only the laundry room is shared. Perfect location. Less than 100m away from: Train station, bus stop, Fachhochschule, Lokremise (cultural center), Cafeteria Gleis 8, shopping facilities, Cityparking Parkhaus.

Modern garden house, Teufen

Cozy garden house in the countryside Ideal for solo travelers or couples. It has a combined kitchen/living room, a bedroom with a pull-out bed and a separate bathroom with shower and toilet, which is accessible from the outside. Quiet location, non-smoking accommodation, uncomplicated and equipped with everything you need. Towels included. Wi-Fi available but only weak. 5-minute walk to the train station.

Cozy studio for the perfect family vacation or for small groups with a thirst for adventure... Hiking in nature in any season and enjoying the wonderful views. Vacation home small but nice

Our house is located on the edge of the village center. A large old birch is the landmark in our garden. The stately wooden house was built 140 years ago in the Biedermeier style and has changed little in all these years. It still reflects a forward-looking and cosmopolitan generation. In this sense, we welcome guests from near and far.

St. Gallen central and cozy

This pretty 1-room apartment is centrally located on the first floor with a separate entrance, small seating area and private kitchen. It is otherwise used as a practice room. The bathroom is 1 ½ meters away via the hallway. It is for exclusive use. I speak German, English, French and Spanish. I can somehow communicate in Italian.
