Ingresso indipendente con un piano di scale esterno. Fornito di aria condizionata e pompa di calore, di lavatrice e di tutta la biancheria (lenzuola, asciugamani e utensili cucina). Il quartiere è tranquillo e i parcheggi non sono a pagamento. Ottimo per famiglie con bambini (diamo culla, seggiolone, passeggino, ecc.).

Our week long stay in Orosei was wonderful largely due to this property and Domenico! The apartment was clean, looked exactly as advertised, quiet, walkable to local spots. Domenico was kind and professional, sent detailed instructions and local suggestions. If we encountered a problem, he responded within minutes, was very gracious and helpful. Would definitely stay again!!

The accommodation was a great base for our three days in Cala Gonone. It was well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach with a lovely view. The washing machine was also a helpful bonus as we have been travelling for some time and our host, Ioana, was incredibly friendly and kind. We had a minor issue with the internet, but she was extremely proactive and had it sorted immediately. Her and Marco's responsiveness and eagerness to help really made a difference. Thank you once again for a lovely stay!

From the beginning, we had a wonderful experience and were welcomed with a handwritten sign in the Sardinian language. Vincenza’s place matched the listing, but the spectacular view was even more than we expected. Vincenza was detail oriented, making sure even the small amenities were provided to make guests comfortable. She is an absolutely lovely host who was helpful, responsive and kind.

very successful stay. great location, close to a beautiful beach and what is important for us dog friendly. from the place you can easily visit nearby hard to reach beaches by boat. the apartment is very close to the center and has a beautiful view. it is clean and the owner is very friendly and helpful.
