Since 2021 there is a spectacular private swimming pool with immersed beach, solarium and dedicated garden, for the exclusive use of guests only. It comfortably sleeps 14 people in seven tastefully furnished double rooms. The Villa is on a hill in a secluded location about 1.9km from the village of Porto Azzurro.

Relax with the whole family in this oasis of peace only ten minutes away from the sea and all amenities. Our house is equipped with everything. Large outdoor spaces sheltered from the sun, children's play area in the garden and parking. You can enjoy a splendid view over the bay of Portoferraio and admire the hill that leads to the long sandy beach of Lacona. If you prefer stones and love snorkelling, you will find some of the most beautiful beaches on the island in Portoferraio.

Villa Meridiana giardino is located on the outskirts in the countryside and offers a fantastic view of the Gulf of Sant’Andrea. The house can be reached via a dirt road about 50 meters from the main road, guaranteeing the quiet and seclusion of the house. In about 5 minutes on foot you can reach the sea and the beach via another path that winds through the ancient wine terraces. The house is divided into two completely independent apartments on different levels.

The view of rare beauty, the sea that pervades every environment, the peace and scents of the Mediterranean scrub, make this place magical. Currently the property, owned by our family since 1994, is a 130 sqm independent villa, surrounded by a park of over 1,000 sqm.

"Case Danesi", an 1700 farmhouse situated on a hill that overlooks two seas, on the one hand an olive trees garden and overlooking the bay of Bagnaia, on the other hand, the view of the sea with the wild beach of Zupignano. The unique location between the two bays allows you to look over breathtaking landscapes ; a private garden to enjoy moments of relaxation in absolute silence .
