Antico Trullo Saraceno appena ristrutturato adatto ad una coppia . In un’unico spazio e’ stata creata una zona con letto matrimoniale, una piccola cucina fornita di tutto e con lavastoviglie, un bagno con ampia doccia e una veranda privata con ombrellone, sdraie e tavolino . Il trullo non e’ isolato ma posizionato in un area con altri 2 trulli adibiti ad affitti (un piccolissimo villaggio) . Di fronte al trullo vi e’ una pineta con area relax e tanto spazio per poter camminare .

In wenigen Minuten ist man an den Stränden und Restaurants von Santa Sabina oder den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten von Carovigno. Bis Ostuni der berühmten "Weißen Stadt" fährt man etwa 15 Minuten. Für die sonnigen aber kühleren Monate verfügt die Villa über eine Gaszentralheizung und Kaminofen. Für den Sommer sind Klimaanlagen vorhanden.

Splendido loft "Giulia" sulla spiaggia

Linas place was very clean, quiet and comfortable with everything you would need. It was on the seashore so was easy to go for a swim in the sea and walk back for a warm shower (we stayed in November). The location was a nice walk along the sea shore to the centre where there were a couple of places to eat and drink with a lovely atmosphere despite being out of season. The kitchen as well equipped with everything you need to cook your own meal.

The villa was beautiful, clean, and truly a peaceful place to stay. I recommend it for a family or group that wants to stay close to ostuni. Beautiful place. Would stay again. We ran into some issues, but Marco was proactive and great about solving the issues that came up right away. He would respond fast and always be attentive to our needs! Overall, great experience despite some hiccups that were resolved quickly. On top of that, we left some personal things at the villa and Marco was kind enough to help us ship them back home in the US. Thank you!!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het huis van Chiara. Eén zandstrand om de hoek maar ook veel rotsen waar je leuk kunt snorkelen. Genoeg goede restaurants in het dorp. Ook één aan de overkant van het huis waar je ook eten kunt afhalen. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Twee heerlijke dakterrassen waar je lekker kunt ontbijten of dineren of lekker kunt zitten met een drankje. Chiara is een super lieve host, altijd behulpzaam en reageert heel snel. De ouders van Chiara wonen in het huis ernaast. Dit zijn ook fantastische lieve mensen. Nogmaals bedankt Chiara❤️

Logement très bien situé, à proximité de la plage, d'un petit supermarché, de plusieurs restaurants, et de la voie rapide permettant de visiter les autres villes de la région. Daniela est une hôte très accueillante et disponible. Elle n'est pas avare en renseignements sur la région, et nous a envoyé plusieurs adresses de restos et autres bon plans durant notre séjour. Les 2 jardins (devant et derrière l'appart) sont évidemment un gros plus ! rien à redire, je recommande sans souci.

The villa is very spacious, both inside and outside, with all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. The photos are a true reflection of what the house is like. It is located in a quite street within easy walking distance of beach, sea, restaurants and shops. Gianfranco and his daughter Serena were both extremely helpful during our stay and were always contactable if we needed them. They both ensured our stay was enjoyable and trouble free.
