“I booked myself a little time off to catch up in writing. This place is so charming and unique, I was thrilled with the experience. I felt at home and welcomed by both Massimiliano's family (who met me at the bus stop and walked me into the tangle of picturesque alleys) and by the community, speaking every day with the neighbors across the street and the local shop keepers. The place has a street level locking gate and a private staircase up to your lovely outdoor terrace outside the front door where I ate and did all my writing work. I always felt safe. The adorable kitchen is a little like a ship's galley and stocked with the family's own olive oil (yum!). We had a huge storm one night and the town lost power but there were plenty of candles so that was good too. The bedroom is off the main street which made it quiet at night and the bed is great for those who like max support. Being able to do laundry in the machine in the bathroom was a huge bonus too. There are two clothes lines off the patio where I hung laundry and then watched as tourists walking by stopped and took photos. Maybe my pajamas are insta-famous now. There are easy (and steep) routes down to beaches on either side of town just steps from the front gate. All in all, I adored my stay here and highly recommend it. The lack of ocean view is more than made up for by the people watching and quaint view of the main walk. I felt part of the community and only wished I could have stayed longer.”

“We stayed at Giula's in late May/early June and had a wonderful stay. Sperlonga was still in it's tranquil, off-season mode - as we hoped it would be. The weather was a little unsettled, but we had enough sun to pleasantly enjoy the deck, and walk the piazza and beautiful Italian beach. Giulia was easy to communicate with. Her family lives on the property, and her mother Fiorella was very helpful. It was comforting to know they were nearby, and at the same time, respected our privacy. The apartment is in a great location with breathtaking views. The location is well situated in Sperlonga, with a short walk/steps down to the beach, or a short hike/steps directly up to the historic center. The property is gated and it feels very safe. I hope to return one day soon, and I would recommend to others.”

“The apartment is super. The kitchen is well equipped, which was not there. Coffee maker, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, fridge. The rooms have 2 condors, one in the bedroom, a bathroom like a football field. The main thing is clean. The beds are very comfortable. A washing machine for 9 kg, 2 TVs with 3 Russian channels, there were even an umbrella and rugs for the beach, towels were enough. The balcony is large, there are 2 dryers, you can smoke. There is a first-aid kit with basic medicines, a hairdryer, an iron for hair, and an iron with a steamer. There was even some of the food available. Laura met us with a small compliment. It was a pleasure. In general, these were the best apartments we met in Italy. And this is our 15th visit to Italy. Thanks Laura and Pinot.”
