Everything is really right here, we felt incredibly comfortable. The house has a perfect, secluded location surrounded by forest and meadow, everything you could need is available. In addition, Christine is a great host who can give all sorts of tips and is available. We hopefully will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house near Lake Bled. The host met us upon arrival, gave us a warm welcome, and shared recommendations for exploring the area. We also rented electric bikes from him, which was a great way to discover the surroundings. The house itself was very comfortable and well‑equipped — we especially enjoyed the grill, which was a nice addition for making dinner. The host also organized a rafting trip for us, which turned out to be a highlight of our trip. All in all, this was the best accommodation we stayed in during our trip, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We would love to return!

We absolutely loved this b and b, wish we could have stayed longer! Loved the sound of cows and rosters in the morning.

We rented the cottage with a group of friends and everything was absolutely great. Communication with the host was fast, everything was clear. The cottage is well equipped and absolutely clean. We were very satisfied.

The house of Anita and Mathias is very beautiful, we had the fire lit and it gave a very cozy and homely atmosphere. The house is very well remodeled, the bathroom and kitchen are almost new and everything you need for a short stay. Also the surrounding is very nice and quiet, full of green and nature, we did many activities every day like; walking, going to the wildpark, spa, etc. They provided us with a very useful pdf with lots of tips for things to see and do in the surrounding area. Anita and Mathias live next door to the cabin, were always reachable and very helpful when we needed something. Happy to go again for a longer time:) highly recommended.

My friend and I traveled to Dalibor's house in mid-June with our 2 dogs and felt very comfortable. The house is very quiet right on the edge of the forest, which was perfect for us for hiking because we could leave directly from the house. The whirlpool was also great, from where we enjoyed the view in the evening. Dalibor was a very nice host and always available. Communication worked perfectly, he was always available. All around, you had the feeling of being a guest of a friend. We definitely recommend the place!

The house has a secluded location and you have a sensational view from the terrace. Due to a large awning, you can also enjoy lingering there on sunny days. The kitchen and living area is open, inviting, should the weather not make it possible to stay outside. The kitchen is well equipped, lots of dishes and cutlery, and we were happy to be able to use the washing machine. All in all, a relaxed, quiet week in the beautiful house of Annelies.

We really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the location. The hot pot was definitely an added bonus. Birgit was very responsive and helpful with all our questions.

We were warmly welcomed by Grete and spent a few wonderfully relaxing days in the cottage. The quiet location and the pool with great views are a dream. There are many opportunities for beautiful hikes. The adjacent restaurant is good, but the kitchen in the accommodation is also very well equipped, so we were also able to cook well ourselves. We felt very comfortable!

The house is amazing and elegant. All the apartments in the house are beautiful and large. Beautiful pool and services. A couple of issues are related to the gate entrance that was broken and to the air conditioning that was present only in a part of the house.

Absolutely amazing mountain hut in stunning scenery. Teresa and Stefan have put in loads of work so that you can get back to basics, slow down and live it up in natural luxury! Thoroughly recommend Danke schon!

We had a magical stay at the farmhouse. Viktor and his family were so welcoming and the farmhouse was exactly as pictured and described. Some lovely touches on arrival included a bottle of the family’s wine and fresh eggs from the hens. We loved seeing all the animals around the farm and relaxing at the outdoor table with our breakfast and a drink in the evening. For us, a huge highlight was being able to rent e bikes from the farm, which we used on 2 beautiful loop rides - including one on the river Mur in Austria. Cycling gave us the freedom to explore the beautiful countryside, and we enjoyed some great lunches and wine at local restaurants (calamari delicious every time!). Overall our stay was so peaceful and a welcome escape from city living.

The accommodation was very nice, original and cozy. You feel like you are part of nature, the surroundings are quiet and really suitable for a stay with small children. Samy is very hospitable and communication with him was pleasant.

Wonderful surrounding, friendly host, peaceful countryside location and great value! The most amazing experience that you can feed the deers in your hand in front of the house and the starry sky!

Even before arrival, all the important information was provided by the owner, the check-in was simple and contactless. We were answered super quickly and kindly with questions. All the important utensils were found in the cabin (wood for heating, bowls for dogs, dishes and everything necessary for cleaning). Through game boxes, binoculars, carving knives and the cozy submission, you immediately felt comfortable. During our stay from Friday to Sunday, the volume of the race track (Red Bull Ring) was noticeable every day, we did not know that it was so loud and next time we would inquire in advance whether events will take place or not. We were not aware that the secondary house is so close to us due to the pictures of the ad, but this was not inhabited during our stay and was therefore not disturbing. All in all, the stay was very relaxing and the area was very nice to explore, especially with dogs.

great, idyllic, picturesque location, surrounded by greenery, far away from all the hustle and bustle. Surrounding, wonderful village, many small hiking trails (especially very pleasant with dog). The hosts offered perfect service all around, were always available, took good care of everything. the house is a dream, extremely pleasant and kept comfortably warm; a perfect retreat, for pleasant family time/togetherness. Beautiful modern apartment, nothing was missing! The view of the Attersee was decisive for me when booking!

We were two families with a toddler and felt very comfortable. I wanted to bake a birthday cake and asked Gertrude for a mixer and a scale. She was uncomplicated and very helpful, providing us with everything. The house has a huge terrace with wonderful surroundings. It is quiet and idyllic. New, very well-maintained bathrooms, great sauna, and the bedrooms are also in good order. Unfortunately, the Internet was bad and there were only three TV channels. None of this worked in the last bedroom. The kitchen is very spacious, with plenty of space inside and outside. But the kitchen is already very outdated and could do with an update. Overall, we felt super comfortable. And I can highly recommend this address.

Very chic and spacious cottage with beautiful views, located on the lower edge of a small "cottage settlement". The ski slope can be reached in 3 minutes by car, the nearest restaurant (Schwarzkogelhütte - highly recommended!) as well, or in 15 minutes on foot. There are also many opportunities for (snowshoe)hiking all around. The kitchen is well equipped and completely sufficient for self-catering. We used the sauna extensively, with Kneipp gang through the snow on the balcony. The whole house is controlled by a smart home system, which is a nice game but sometimes didn't work super intuitively.

We stayed at this lovely home while we attended the f1 race is Spielberg. It was a perfect location and such a nice place to come home to after a long day at the ring. Very clean and a super comfortable bed. Easy check in and check out with a wonderfully responsive host. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the days at the place. The location of the cottage is perfect. Hiking trails start directly from the cottage. The hot tub with the breathtaking view was a highlight. We will be happy to come back!
