Family-friendly holiday rentals in Spijkenisse

Marieke and Den have created a surreal, warmly welcoming paradise. The place is even more beautiful than in the photos - spotlessly clean, thoughtfully designed, and full of mindful, aesthetic details. The beauty lies not only in the decor but also in the little things: the carefully curated books, the wide variety of teas, and the fresh garden herbs available for use. We had contact with both Marieke and Den, and they radiate genuine kindness - while still giving you all the privacy you need. It’s a haven of peace, nature, and presence - the perfect place to find rest and reconnect with yourself. A true place of Zen.

The location was great, walking distance to trains and trams to get to the heart of Amsterdam. Far enough away to be quiet for nights in. Nancy was very communicative even though she was on holiday. Easy parking if you drive in and plenty of space for 5, especially if someone doesn’t mind the couch. Would be great for 3 couples. Amazing showers 😁

Wir waren für ein Wochenende in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit den Fahrrädern konnte man die nahe gelegene Metrostation gut erreichen und wir haben eine gute Zeit in Amsterdam gehabt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Ich kann diese Unterkunft für Amsterdam Aufenthalte sehr empfehlen.

Ich und meine Freudin hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Haus von Mijke. Der Hot Pool und die Sauna waren sehr schön und einfach aufzuwärmen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und passend beschrieben. Wir können Sie nur weiter empfehlen.

Wat een bijzondere plek! Het huisje is knus, en van alle gemakken voorzien, compleet met heerlijke jazuzzi. Bovendien was het heel leuk om 's ochtends begroet te worden door een vriendelijke kameel en twee nieuwsgierige alpaca's. Echt uniek, heel hartelijk dank!

This is our second stay and we loved it even more than the first. Ella constantly goes above and beyond to make things just so we notice lots of little details including soap that was toddler friendly, fresh flowers, and some little welcome treats all waiting for us … but the most amazing treat was a little pull along toy that was age-appropriate for our toddler Very flexible and accommodating with checking in and check out and we are most grateful for that extra flexibility and kind We couldn’t recommend Ella or her home more highly we will be back again

Super comfortable apartment. The street is a little loud but it never disturbed my sleep. The building itself is really quiet. It’s on the top floor and there is an elevator. The bed was incredibly comfortable, so were the couches. It had everything I needed and more. The location is perfect for exploring Antwerp and also getting quick access to the train. I felt very safe as a solo female traveler. I would stay here again.

Een echte parel en oase van rust met een goede energie. De locatie was nog mooier dan verwacht op basis van de foto’s en de onverwachte eitjes als kadootje voor de kids als ook het onverwachtte bezoek van de paarden en de hond en leenhond maakten alles tot een leuke herinnering. De kids willen graag nog eens terug dus dat gaan we zeker plannen. Tot snel genoeg weer eens. En ohja, ik kom de spullen die ik vergeten ben nog even ophalen… 😀

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, vor allem für Familien bis zu zwei Kinder. Die Kids haben das Hausbett sehr toll gefunden und bei Regentagen wurde es ihnen durch das dortige Spielzeug nie langweilig. Das Elternbett ist sehr bequem, gute Sitzmöglichkeiten für alle zum Essen und Spielen. Das Bad/WC ist ausreichend und modern. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. Supermarkt, Einkaufsstraße, Promenade und Strand sind gleich um die Ecke. Fahrräder können vor der Wohnung abgestellt werden. Mit diesen kann man durch die tollen Fahrradwege vieles per Rad erreichen. Annemieke ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Sie antwortet zügig bei Rückfragen und ist sehr freundlich. Im Ganzen ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen.

What a beautiful and inviting lake home very close to Gouda and all local transportation. It was fast travel to Rotterdam and only an hour from Amsterdam / both were easy access through the local train station Gouda Gowervelle. We enjoyed all the running and biking paths along the lake and canals. Shopping and sightseeing in Gouda was fun as well! (Enjoyed the cheese museum which is perfect for kids of all ages. ) The lake house was a perfect setting, neighbors are friendly and quiet and the home is spacious enough for 4 or small families and it’s simply beautiful . Enjoyed!! Great hosts and very responsive! Highly recommend.

Le logement de Marja est magique ! entouré d’eau, de fermes et de champs, parfait pour les amoureux de la nature. Nous avons adoré : Faire des balades avec nos trois enfants avec les canoës prêtés par Marja et pêcher juste devant la maison. La proximité de Delft, ville pour laquelle nous avons eu un véritable coup de cœur , nous conseillons vraiment de louer des vélos et de faire les pistes cyclables de la autour de la ville pour découvrir la région . La maison donne directement sur une piste cyclable mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. La vue sur l’eau est si belle et offre des couchers de soleil incroyables. Bon à savoir: La maison est petite mais suffisante pour 5, cependant il faut savoir qu’il y a un seul wc situé directement dans la salle de bain. La chaudière placée derrière le mur de la chambre parentale peut faire du bruit la nuit, sur les conseils de Marja nous avons coupé le chauffage la nuit et cela vous garantit des nuits paisibles. Nous reviendrons !!

Nous avons adoré notre week-end dans les caravanes. Quel bonheur de s'y détendre la soir après avoir crapahuté dans la folie d'Amsterdam et de Rotterdam ! Votre jardin est magnifique, d'un calme surprenant et où il est vraiment agréable de s'y détendre ou jouer avec les enfants ! Coup de cœur pour Bacon 🐖🐽 et ses copines 🐔🐔. Merci pour votre gentillesse, j'aurai aimé pouvoir discuter plus avec vous mais comme vous l'avez constaté, mon anglais est très limité 🤣. Bonne continuation et à un prochain séjour chez vous je l'espère ! 😊

Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft! Die Lage ist ideal – ruhig gelegen, aber mit vielen sehenswerten Städten in der Umgebung, die sich perfekt für Tagesausflüge eignen. Die Natur rundherum lädt zu entspannten Spaziergängen ein, sodass man auch einfach mal abschalten kann. An regnerischen Tagen war es drinnen mindestens genauso schön – die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich, man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. An sonnigen Tagen haben wir vor allem den großen Gartentisch und die bequeme Liege sehr genossen – ideal zum Essen im Freien oder einfach zum Entspannen. Die Gastgeber*innen waren ausgesprochen freundlich, immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen reibungslos und unkompliziert. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt! Für uns definitiv eine der schönsten AirBnB-Unterkünfte, in der wir je waren – und wir haben schon einige erlebt. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

If you want to stay in a place that feels like home, this is the place for you! Off the beaten path a little, Lotte's place is such a reprieve after a busy day of sightseeing. It was wonderful to go for walks in the evening and enjoy such amazing farmhouse breakfasts in the morning. Lotte was extremely responsive and her place is amazing! I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Super Unterkunft und super Gastgeber . Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß sind haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war mit dem Boot erreichbar und wir konnten mit dem Boot einkaufen fahren. Es war ein echtes Abenteuer. Der Unterkunft sowie der Pool war sauber. Hat alles gepasst für uns ☀️

Diese kleine Wohnung ist ganz wunderbar eingerichtet, alles vorhanden wie beschrieben und hat eine schöne Lage in ländlicher Umgebung. Mir hat der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern sehr gut gefallen. Morgens und abends haben wir uns immer mal gesehen und ausgetauscht. Die Sitzgelegenheit auf der eigenen Terrasse habe ich sehr gerne genutzt. Das Wetter hat halt auch mitgespielt… Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und komme gerne wieder mal vorbei.

Netter unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Besitzer. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit.

È andato tutto molto bene. Il posto è incantevole e la posizione perfetta per visitare l'Olanda. Non perdete tempo a cercare altri alloggi ma andate da Marcel.

Great mix between a very livable place to stay and a bucket list experience. Easy to cook, quiet nights, cozy! We stayed 10 days and enjoyed Utrecht as our NL base. Responsive and nice host, who has great info and recommendations in her guest book. Easy (25-min walk) to get to the historic center. Host also provided 2 city bikes, making it so easy to get around. We came by car but didn't need to use it due to walkability of everything. Houseboat is very well designed - it's small but there is organized and efficient space for everything you might need, without sacrificing hominess. Woodstove with plenty of wood and the huge windows overlooking the water make for a very serene stay. We're full time travelers by car in EU/UK/Balkans for over 4 years

Wat een fijn plekje is dit! Een heerlijk knus huisje met een fantastische buitenruimte met veranda en hangmat. Iedere ochtend buiten kunnen ontbijten in het zonnetje met de vogels op de achtergrond. Onze dochter vond al het speelgoed erg leuk, overal is aan gedacht. De locatie is ook super, 5 minuten lopen van camping en strand, maar de omgeving van het huisje is lekker rustig. De communicatie verloopt prima, vriendelijke mensen! Kortom; aanrader!
