This lovely cottage is located a few meters from Lake Vänern and has a sandy beach, wood-fired sauna and dock with wood-fired hot tub. Perfect even for winter swimming! The views of the lake are amazing! The cottage has 2 lofts with beds, living room with sofa bed, TV, dining area, kitchenette, fridge/freezer, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, toilet, shower and washing machine. Large glass doors can be opened out to the balcony, which has a gas grill, outdoor furniture and sun loungers. This is a quiet, natural and beautiful accommodation 15 km outside Lidköping.

Total of 6 beds with possibility of another 2. Large deck with dining table, lounge chairs & lounge set. The house is a few minutes walk to Svalnäsbadet, mushrooms & berry forests & Hindens Rev. Feel free to take a short excursion to Läckö Castle, Spiken's fishing village, play golf or enjoy Kinnekulle. There is something for everyone regardless of spring, summer, winter and fall.

🏡 Welcome out into the country - without being far away from the city! Cozy guest house on a small farm. 🌲Directly adjacent there are cozy forest trails that lead both to the nature reserve Lunnelid and to Råda Vy with its nice outdoor area for hiking, cycling and running. 🏪About 7 km to the city center (via road 44 or through the forest) 🌅A good starting point for day trips such as Hindens Rev, Kinnekulle, Kållandsö and more. 🍀Our own residence is next to Warmly welcome Emil & Julia!🙂

Lovely house Kållandsö near Läckö Castle Vänern

The cottage is beautifully positioned with views over the mosaic landscape. In the centre of the mansion with open views over fields, Lake Vänern and pastures with grazing animals in direct connection to the living. Positioned 5 km from Läckö Castle, 9 km from Spiken's fishing village and 1km from the water. Pleasant cycle paths in the surroundings. The location is private & the house was completely restored during 2019. The decor is light & modern with a new kitchen & shower/toilet.

The cottage is directly adjacent to Vänerleden and 1,5 km away connects Biosphere Trail. Close proximity to kinnekulles hiking trails, mountain bike tracks and cultural sights. New cabin with direct connection to nature. Lovely house with good energy and high ceilings! Trinette kitchen and small table with two chairs. Sleeping loft ~ two 22 cm mattresses. Shower & Toilet. Balcony with outdoor furniture. Located on our property, behind our house, the cabin is not disturbed by it as the large windows and terrace are towards the forest.

The apartment is located like an angle in our house. Private entrance to the apartment. WiFi is available. The Pilgrim's Path to Spiken/Läckö goes right outside our house. The veranda at the entrance to the apartment is for the guests. Distance to Spiken's fishing area is about 3 km and about 4 km to Läckö Castle. The house has a scenic location.
