For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Quiet apartment in the heart of Obervellach

Our vacation rental is centrally located in the heart of Obervellach and is the ideal base for skiing, winter hiking, pony rides, and nature experiences in the Mölltal valley – even for just one night. The apartment is located on the ground floor and features two separate bedrooms, a living and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. We live on the upper floor of the house. Shopping and dining options are within walking distance.

We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Costs on site: electricity according to consumption, additional firewood, visitor's tax, additional garbage bags that are needed

A wonderful house is at your disposal, including a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a large living room with satellite TV, 4 bedrooms with TV and a huge relaxation terrace with a fantastic view and parking spaces. Important: Pets are welcome - but there is an additional cleaning fee of €20.00

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.
