Located on the south-facing slope, 900 metres above sea level, with a view of the Dolomites and the charming town of Lienz, you will find pure relaxation. An environment that has something to offer for everyone. All flats have a panoramic view of the Lienz Dolomites. From your own terrace, you and your loved ones can enjoy the tranquillity and the phenomenal view. There is a Finnish sauna, an outdoor pool and more. Your 60 m2 flat is for a maximum of 6 people and has a large terrace.

Near the Sea, Balkony,

Each of our spacious apartments has at least one balcony and invites you to enjoy the afternoon sun. With a size between approx. 40 to 56 square meters, there is enough space for hikers, couples or families with children. They are all rustically and comfortably furnished and offer everything you need. The apartments are equipped with dishes, bed linens and towels, as well as a hairdryer. Free Wi-Fi is also available for all apartments. So, working from home is not an obstacle!

Amid the imposing backdrop of the Lienz Dolomites, right in the center of the sunny city of Lienz, you can enjoy comfort and independence in a modern ambience at CITYSUITE. Family vacationers, romantic couples or business travelers will find ideal conditions for a pleasant stay in East Tyrol. The apartment, which is accessible by elevator, offers optimal space for 2 people and is located in the immediate vicinity of the mobility center (train station) and city center.

Margarete Apartment

The apartment is located in an Art Nouveau villa. It is for 2-4 people. (max 6) set up It's a 2-minute walk to the ski bus, a 4-minute walk to the historic center, and a 10-minute walk to the train station. The apartment is on the 1st floor at the back of the house. From there you can see a spectacular mountain panorama and parts of the historic town center. The apartment is a family-friendly, non-smoking apartment. Pets and parties are not permitted!

Barrier-free bungalow right on lake B2 (2-6p)

This barrier-free bungalow is suitable for families, seniors, and the disabled. Beach and all amenities are to be used by all guests of our houses. 3 Bungalows in total for max 20 people. Can also be booked as a group accommodation. No pets allowed. Bed linen, kitchen towels, towels are provided. You must bring your own beach towels. Washing machine not in bungalows but can be used on request for a fee. A deposit of €250 is required for damages.

Relax vacation home

Sit back and relax in this calm, stylish space. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the sun and the fantastic view of the surrounding mountains from the terrace. Partly with a view of Lake Millstätter See. The house itself is in a quiet location at 840m above sea level. It was built in the 60s and converted in the 70s and was operated as a bed and breakfast. After it was closed and sold, we are now rebuilding it into holiday apartments.

Rent a beautiful bright & quiet apartment in Bad Kleinkirchheim/Carinthia In winter, you can enjoy more than 110 km of ski slopes offering stunning panoramic views of the southern Alps throughout the ski area. The first ski lift is the Nocklalm-Bahn and is about 350 m from the apartment, a 5-minute walk. There are 3 separate bedrooms, two with double beds and one with bunk beds, 2 bathrooms, terrace and spacious living room
