The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Penthouse in farmhouse & 2 sunny roof terraces

Our historic Carinthian farmhouse in a secluded location from 1841 was lovingly and carefully renovated. Many international guests have already spent a lovely vacation here surrounded by wonderful nature and enjoyed the alpine coziness combined with modern amenities. In 2019, the attic and the former mill were converted into a penthouse apartment on two floors in a chalet style. The sunny apartment as well as the covered spacious patio offer an unobstructed view.

Our fantastically beautiful cabins are real originals. They are all over 100 years old and we have lovingly renovated and prepared them for you. Take a break in the mountains. Spend relaxing days in an old hut. You won't want for anything. Wi-Fi, TV, toilet shower, towels and linens are of course included. You can walk to the slopes and lifts and also have restaurants and shopping in the village. In summer you can explore the mountains from the cabins.
