Holiday rentals with lake access in Spodnje Gorje

We loved our stay at this cabin. Although it is a small space, it’s is so thoughtfully laid out that it worked really well for our family of 5. The kitchen has everything you need to self cater, including sharp knives which is rare for an Airbnb! And you can also cook outside while enjoying the beautiful scenery. Lovely big balcony with seating. Lots of walking trails nearby, and a great restaurant 5min drive (Dom Pristava). Note, there is no washing machine, just to keep in mind for longer stays.

We loved our stay! The property at the end of Lake Bohinj is lovely, with a beautiful creek flowing behind it and is close to the lake and many hiking trails. The property is big and very well kept. My family had fun playing games on the large grassy area with a volleyball net. The cabin is new, clean and cozy with nice bedding and well stocked kitchen and linens. We made 3 dinners and found everything we needed for food prep. If you're going to cook, you may want to pick up groceries before arriving in the area as the local markets have somewhat limited options. Amenities in the cabin were perfect! We watched movies, took saunas and lit fires in the fireplace - wood and kindling provided in cabin. Washer/dryer worked great and it was nice to do some laundry before moving on to our next destination. Jaka is very responsive. He communicates well and proactively using the AirBnB app.

The stay at Tina and Igors house was wonderful! The house is even nicer then in the description and pictures. Two saunas, a whirlpool, the outdoor kitchen... And everything is top notch and up to date, e.g. the kitchen is really well supplied and you have everything you could need. We really enjoyed our time there and the communication was always super easy and friendly. We definitely want to return and also recommend it to everyone.

The view from Maya’s house is amazing…just like the pictures. The house is full of antiques and is so homey and unique. We did the walk around the lake, and you can start right from the house. Maya was an amazing host— so helpful and responsive to all of our questions! If you have a car, I highly recommend this place. It is a just a short drive into town, and is in a very peaceful location. One tip: We came in on a Saturday evening and all grocery stores in the town are closed on Sundays, so just be aware of that. (Restaurants are open though).

Loved it! Very warm & friendly to us and our dog. Place was very well kept and instructions were clear. We would love to stay here when we are back in Bled.

Ideal for enjoying the surroundings of Bled. Comfortable accommodation and quality catering nearby. The bakery is a 10 minute walk away. Small peculiarity for Slovenia, add the tourist tax to the overall rental price.

We have stayed in many fantastic Airbnb’s but none of them come close to this apartment! The pictures do not do it justice. Beautiful view of Lake Bled and surrounding mountains and very close proximity to the lake and train station.

We loved our stay! The home was just as shown, and we were very comfortable. The walk down to the river is not very difficult. If you go across the bridge, you can keep walking up to the church you can see from the patio. We already miss the patio and its view! The home is also ideally located for taking in Soca Valley. Glad we chose to stay here!

We stayed at Maja's place with 3 people. It's a wonderful apartement just 4 minutes by foot from Lake Bled. It was easy to park and check-in. The surroundings are quite and it's nice to have breakfast with look out on the meadow and see the horses and cows walking around. The place itself is cosy, modern and clean. There's all the amenities you might need and plenty of clean towels stocked. We did our groceries not in Bled, but Lesce as there's a bit more options. During our stay there was a bit of a heatwave, so the airconditioning was on most of the time, but it wasn't noisy. The smaller room might get a bit hot, though. It was overall a very comfortable stay, so much so, we stayed in most nights ;)

The location was perfect: quiet, peaceful, and walkable to Lake Bled and nearby trails. The home had a cozy, rustic charm that made us feel right at home. But what truly made the stay exceptional were our hosts, Milly and Yern. They were the best—so friendly, warm, and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us wonderful local tips and recommendations. We felt like part of the family and were genuinely sad to leave. If you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful place with heart and character, this is it. We would go back in a heartbeat!

The apartment is very spacious and very well furnished. Everything in perfect condition and very clean. The location is perfect for enjoying Bled from a very quiet location. Meta was very attentive so that we didn't need anything. Very happy with the stay, it was too short. Definitely 100% recommended.

Perfectly clean with great interior decor and an amazingly peaceful setting. The setting couldn't have been more serene, with a great view of horses grazing on a grassy slope in the property across from us. The hosts were very flexible with our check-in time, made sure to remind us to get reservations for the great restaurants they recommended, and provided a lovely drink for our arrival.

Pia’s place was more than perfect for our 3 night stay in Bled. She personally awaited our arrival to greet us and show us around the space. Her place sits peacefully on the hilltop yet still only a 10 minute walk or quick bike ride down to the lake. The bikes provided by Pia were such a fun way to get around town. Wonderfully kept, we enjoyed the lake view from the lawn chairs each evening. Pia was gracious to respond to our needs or give any recommendations. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone adventuring to Bled and will keep it at the top of our list for a hopeful return!

The apartment was really comfortable, clean and beautiful. You have everything you need, even to cook a meal (inclusive olive oil, salt and pepper). The location was good too. It was easy to walk to the City Center (like 25mins) and to the lake (like 15mins). And last but not least Jaka was very nice and helpful. He even picked us up from the train station. Thanks again, made our trip a lot easier 🙏 We definitely recommend this apartment!

Fantastic host, very well stocked kitchen, great welcome pack. We didn’t use the attic room, but felt very comfortable and relaxed in the main house. The property is hard to find, so we strongly recommend watching the video Gasper sends showing how to find it! Overall we have a lovely time staying here.

we stayed in Bohinj for one week and we can highly recommend this accommodation to everyone who is looking for a calm and relaxing place to stay. we were the only guests and stayed in the upstairs apartment, while being able to use everything outdoors (tables, sun bathing chairs, badminton equipment,...). it has a lovely view over the mountains and if you are quiet enough, some deer might come around to say hello. we really enjoyed every moment there. within 5 minutes walk, you reach the lake and some small restaurants and little shop from the camping site. we are looking forward to coming back next year ;)

The place is a “5-star⭐️”, this is our son's first reaction when we arrive. The beautiful little cottage is a peaceful little “home sweet home” next to an old mill that Tomaz has renovated too. We were treated to fresh little eggs from their chickens and a very good local wine. Beautiful touches, excellent communication with the host whose natural and joyful sharing is felt. The small river and the residents as well as the colorful little hives, this place is just extraordinary. It is like Slovenia, this little green paradise and its authentic inhabitants. We will come back for sure and recommend the places and the host a thousand times.

The house is really beautiful: spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The area is quiet and surrounded by greenery, ideal for relaxing or exploring nature; many interesting attractions are located nearby. Urška was a very kind host, always helpful and attentive. Wonderful cottage with an amazing lake view! We had a very nice weekend at 6th in Kathrin's cottage and enjoyed every minute. Kathrin is a magical host & always on hand with info and tips. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the garden/porch invites you to breakfast, dinner outdoors overlooking Lake Völkermarktersee. The natural pool (5 min from the cottage) is nicely maintained and was the ideal place to spend a cozy Saturday by the water. We definitely like to come back to enjoy the peace, nature, the lake and Kathrin's magical cottage.
