Amazing apartment wih the great view! High floor like a penthouse. Comfy bed and workplace for a remote worker. There is a great gym on site. Uber Lime parking station accross the stree. Plenty of parking around. Top bars and nightlife is walking distance. I wish I could live there!

Katrina’s place was clean, comfortable & inviting. We have stayed here several times - it is a perfect location with easy access to downtown. We definitely will stay again.

It was a good stay. Right next to the marina where we had chartered a fishing trip so very convenient.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Spokane. From restaurants, to a weekly farmer’s market, brewery, bookstore and little shops, this space is centrally located in a very peaceful environment. Would highly recommend!

Mariko’s place was a great deal in a nice neighborhood. Spacious, clean, easy to find and access. We have family in town and regularly come for visits. I would stay here again!

Kaylene is a great host who gave very clear institutions and has a cozy downtown location. It was perfect for our stay because we had protected parking, and walking distance to our event. Which made the stay so easy and much more enjoyable. Thanks for the wine ! Cheers

This little apt has recently been renovated & updated, with even more improvements on the way. Very clean & spotless! King bed really comfortable with quality linens. Stacked washer/dryer in BR closet worked well with soap provided. Coffee & Filters provided for new drip-maker machine & toaster. A few spices left behind by previous tenants. Two, super-comfy matching recliners (no couch) sit in front of a GIANT-SCREEN Samsung TV, ready to cast/display your personal streaming services, or watch Samsung TV via the internet having many channels! Our unit (521) was the end unit in this 4-plex (some units are bigger), surprisingly private & had a secluded front-porch with small table/2-chairs, great for morning coffee under the large pine trees in front yard. The location is on a treed, gravel lot that is quiet with a small peak of the mtns to the south. Not "picturesque" but peaceful. Overall, A clean & quiet place to stay when visiting the area! A great value! Host super-responsive!

The Lux Guesthouse was fabulous! 3 couples stayed at the house and we loved having our own bedrooms with en-suite bath. The kitchen and dining area on the main floor was large enough for all of us to cook and eat together. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking and eating utensils and glassware. The 2nd floor gathering space is comfortable and inviting. We are already planning a visit to the Spokane area next summer and will stay here again.

Everything was wonderful! Perfect for hosting our family reunion. The best location in town. The backyard was perfect for kids to run around and everyone to gather. Lots of games, bikes, and amenities for all to enjoy. Thanks, Paula!

This was the perfect place for our two families to stay for the weekend. Teenage kids had lots of things to entertain them… Pool, darts, ping-pong, home theater…. And plenty of space and bathroom space for all of us. Upgraded amenities… Like staying in a really nice hotel only better! Would definitely stay here again for the house, the neighborhood, and the location.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is in a beautiful neighborhood and very accessible to all the great areas of Spokane. The house has been recently remodeled and is very well cared for. Would love to stay here again!

Every little detail was so beautiful inside and out. It was very clean and the design is amazing! Nothing will do it quite justice like being there. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We loved the hot tub and the property was breathtaking with wildlife and views. The hosts were very friendly and attentive to messages. We all agreed that of ever on the area again, we would definitely come back. Thank you so much for the stay!!

It was me, my husband, and our two dogs. It was a perfect place for us to stay. We didn’t bring kennels so the pups went everywhere with us. We went for a walk along the river and were able to picnic just off the trail where there are stairs leading into the water. Downtown was a bit difficult to get around in the morning because there was a bike race of sorts. We were able to walk from the house down to dinner (about 10min, maybe 15 or 20min walk to get to the thick of places to eat). We really enjoyed just staying at the house too though. Although it felt like there were lots of people walking by, the backyard was private and surrounded by big trees that gave great shade. We slept upstairs which did get a bit warm, but the AC units throughout the house helped keep it cool by the time we went to bed. I didn’t have to bring anything either - the kitchen had everything to cook, coffee, spices, wine key. There are also 2 pack and play and a high chair. We will absolutely be back!!

This place is perfect for a big family! Very welcoming and good area around it. Nina always responded very quickly which made it easy to communicate! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

there were 8 of us, 6 sisters and an elderly mom & aunt too. We had plenty of room, easy access to the entire home, it was clean and comfy. my mom said "it feels so homey". Rick was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend this home and this host for your vaca needs.

This management company is amazing. I have stayed with them before. They are always available for anything you would ever need. This condo is beautiful however the owner must have pets because the master bedroom Capet is very stained due to their pet which I did not expect. So if you are traveling with pets this is a great option however I was not and was shocked by all the stains in the carpets in the master. Other then that the condo was fabulous

The condo includes a well-stocked kitchen that made meal preparation a breeze. The full-size washer and dryer were incredibly convenient, especially for a longer stay. The garage was a fantastic bonus, particularly during inclement weather. The hosts were gracious and responsive, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly set this experience apart. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay.

The condo was beautiful. We especially loved the hot tub on the rooftop with a fire pit and TV… made for a perfect hangout spot. The area is super walkable. We found a great coffee shop right down the walkway. The host was super responsive and helpful. We had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

This place is perfect! We have stayed in other units at this resort. This one is my favorite.
