Allen’s place is exactly what I love about Airbnb—those one-of-a-kind stays that offer something you’d never find at a typical hotel. Tucked away like a little oasis in a city that has completely transformed around it, the home reminded me of the movie Up. It felt like a hidden gem. We loved the peaceful atmosphere, the guinea fowl wandering the yard, and the garden bursting with flowers—my mother-in-law enjoyed taking close-up photos of the blooms. Allen also shared thoughtful touches like family history in a photo album and a binder, which made the experience feel even more personal. Communication was excellent throughout, and check-in was smooth and easy. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. I’d absolutely stay here again.

We were extremely satisfied. There were amenities available we did not take advantage of due to our lack of time. We checked in late as our flight came in late. It was close to the airport yet very quiet neighborhood.. but within blacks were restaurants and shopping. If you just wanted to get groceries and head back the kitchen had what you needed to make a meal. The host always answered questions quickly.. If in the area again we would not hesitate to stay again.

Cute little loft apartment. Several units in the space, but it was not noisy at all. Very clean. We will be staying again at the end of the month.

David’s place (the Regal Beagle) is awesome! We checked in at 9am and David was right there to welcome us and hand us the keys! There are some steep stairs to this apartment, but once we got up there, we were so impressed. The apartment is way bigger than we anticipated! The floor plan is very open, everything was very tidy and clean, and it had air conditioning which was blissful for staying in Spokane in June! My wife was also very appreciative of the “smoking balcony” provided out in the back of the apartment. We also got to meet David’s beautiful rescue dog, Ripley. What a sweet girl! An added bonus for us was that David is a musician, and as my wife and I are also musicians, we got to talk music during our interactions. As far as the rest of our stay went, the shower worked great, the toilet flushed, we had everything we needed in the kitchen, and the bed was comfortable. We will definitely be staying at David’s place in the future, if it is available. Thank you, David!

this place was prefect. 5 minutes away from the Airport. it was super clean. it was just right for one to two guests. the bed was very comfortable. it was close to a busy road. but it wasn't loud. very quiet at night. excellent response. we had a bit of a hiccup on the wifi. but VeeAnn was super helpful on messenger. thank you. I highly recommend this beautiful house. it was an excellent stay. for the weekend. VeeAnn you are a 5 star host. thank you for a excellent weekend stay. I can say enough, on how nice it was. Convient location in downtown, nice corner unit on top floor of apartment building. Garage parking easy access and fit our extended cab truck decently. Apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. Really appreciated the provided sound machine and ear plugs as this location is NOISY with outside traffic/sirens (close to fire department and hospitals). We are used to city sounds but the building’s sound proofing is subpar. Luckily we brought an additional sound machine, earplugs and eye masks (room does not get completely dark). Light sleepers beware! Overall, we had an easy check-in/check-out and a clean place to sleep.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The unit was well appointed with restored character, very clean and comfortable. Lots of places within walking distance (Huckleberry grocery store, Rocket Bakery, Cannon Hill Park, Manito Park). The onsite parking was easy and street parking is also plentiful. You will need to be able to navigate stairs outside the unit and then stairs to the second floor of the building. Leanne and David were very responsive hosts. Highly recommend and would stay again.

‘The lab’ was awesome and Judy added all the right attention to detail to make you feel not only comfortable but welcome as well. Very clean.

We had a wonderful stay in Spokane. The house is in a peaceful and nice part of town away from downtown. One of our party commented that it is better than a Marriott! I agree, from the well laid out kitchen to the clean bathrooms. This house just felt like home away from home. Oh, I must mention -- The beds are extremely comfortable to sleep on. So we all slept well. Even our children didn't fight. And that's saying something. The house can sleep many. If you have a large family or a small group of people this is a great place to stay in Spokane. I would certainly stay here again!

We booked hours before unexpectedly needing a place to stay. Booking was easy, the place was bright and clean, the fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. Recommendations for a local restaurant was spot on.

Our stay was perfect and the house was roomy and relaxing. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom and so much room for visiting. Thank you for hosting us.

David's cottage was cozy and eclectic. There was a bike path right outside that you could bike or walk to lots of restaurants. David was a splendid host and checked in on us several times to make sure we did not need anything. He left us snacks, drinks, and best of all, wine! This cottage was in a very convenient location, close to downtown. We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. We will be back.

We had an excellent stay here. Li supplied clear instructions and was an attentive host who responded immediately to our question. The home was exactly as advertised and very clean. My son enjoyed the icemaker in the fridge. Would absolutely stay again. My only problem was with the many pictures of Li’s travel around the house: they might induce travel-envy. :-)

This place was immaculate. The host got back to us very quickly with answers to any questions we had. Definitely recommend!

Alyssa was a wonderful host and provided an excellent place to stay. The home was well equipped for all my needs and for the few things I inquired about she was very responsive in making sure I had what I needed. On top of that this place is well located just outside downtown and walkable to several parks, coffee shops, two grocery stores, and several restaurants. If you are planning to stay in Spokane I highly recommend this location.

I rented this place for my in-laws who are coming to visit from Michigan. I chose it because it was quite close to my house, and it was exactly what they needed. They ended up spending a most of their time with us so having a place to sleep and make themselves breakfast was exactly what they needed Sydney was quick to respond, pleasant and the home was absolutely beautiful Would completely recommend this Airbnb

Great location, can walk to town and best of all, to the beach. Can enjoy the beach and waves from room and deck. Condo was stocked pretty good. Would rent again!

We were able to get in before the summer rush and "ridiculously " pleased! Far better than any higher priced motel. All the amenities of home and then some. My husband was practically ready to move in!

This place was great for our stay, we were in the area for a few days doing a bunch of biking so it was a convenient location for Hiawatha and the Trail of the Coeur D'Alene. The hot tub availability was perfect for relaxing after riding as well. Room was comfortable and kitchenette was perfect for what we needed for the time we were there. Paula and Kris were great at responding with the couple of questions we had, would definitely stay again.

Quiet and safe. The rooms were spacious and private bathrooms for each of the rooms. Worked extremely well for a two family stay.

This was my first time staying at this location. I was looking for something small and accommodating. It was exactly what I was looking for. We had everything we needed for our stay. The home is well maintained, clean and very spacious for a 2 bdrm!

Fantastic place for a peaceful escape in the mountains. The condo was perfect for my friend and I and we appreciated the location and very comfortable accommodations. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the cosy living area with a fireplace. The patio was also great, but does face the water park which gets busy closer to the weekend. Courtney was very responsive and accommodating and we enjoyed our stay. Tip: be sure to watch the YouTube video before checkin, it is super helpful!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condominium in Coeur D'Alene!  The unit is well appointed and laid out.  It is bright and airy and nicely decorated.  The gathering place is in the center space that includes the living room, kitchen, and deck.  Each side of the living space features the bedrooms.  The unit is located at the end of the building which makes for a very peaceful experience.  Having two parking places in the secure garage below the building is very convenient.  The overall Riverstone complex is convenient and fun to explore.  The dining options are plentiful nearby.  We rented some ebikes nearby and took the trail along the river to town.  It was a pleasure working with Jennifer.  We couldn't have asked for a better experience on our three night stay.
