My home is located in the heart of Spokanes South Hill and a half block from beautiful Manito Park. The house is located right on the busline to downtown shopping and events and five minutes from Sacred Heart Medical Center. We are also within walking distance of neighborhood restaurants and shopping. After raising our daughters we found ourselves living primarily in the apartment we added when we finished our basement. We have been AirB&B guests on several trips and decided to become hosts.

Amazing apartment wih the great view! High floor like a penthouse. Comfy bed and workplace for a remote worker. There is a great gym on site. Uber Lime parking station accross the stree. Plenty of parking around. Top bars and nightlife is walking distance. I wish I could live there!

Was great to be within walking distance to downtown without the noise of downtown. The trains passing regularly served as background noise. I didn't think I had received check-in instructions so reached out to Kaylene and she immediately texted and reset via email. The 3 of us had a great stay!

The Lux Guesthouse was fabulous! 3 couples stayed at the house and we loved having our own bedrooms with en-suite bath. The kitchen and dining area on the main floor was large enough for all of us to cook and eat together. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking and eating utensils and glassware. The 2nd floor gathering space is comfortable and inviting. We are already planning a visit to the Spokane area next summer and will stay here again.

This was the perfect place for our two families to stay for the weekend. Teenage kids had lots of things to entertain them… Pool, darts, ping-pong, home theater…. And plenty of space and bathroom space for all of us. Upgraded amenities… Like staying in a really nice hotel only better! Would definitely stay here again for the house, the neighborhood, and the location.

Every little detail was so beautiful inside and out. It was very clean and the design is amazing! Nothing will do it quite justice like being there. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We loved the hot tub and the property was breathtaking with wildlife and views. The hosts were very friendly and attentive to messages.
