The toilet is located next to the house in the courtyard It has a large yard in which there are gas stove and an outdoor dining area.

At a distance of less than 50m from the residence there is a quiet beach, without crowds. However, if someone wants something more strenuous, within 1 km is the famous beach of Agios Dimitrios. From the two terraces of the house you can enjoy the view of narrow Peristera.

Το σπίτι (85τ.μ.) βρίσκεται στο χωριό Νεο Κλήμα ('Ελιος), 18 χιλ. από τη χώρα της Σκοπέλου και 80 μέτρα από την πλαζ όπου μπορείτε να κολυμπάτε. Στην ήσυχη γειτονία μας και σε απόσταση περίπου 60 μέτρων υπάρχει mini market, ταβέρνες, στάση λεωφορείου και στα 30 μετρα παιδίατρος. Στο χωριό μας υπάρχει επίσης ΑΤΜ της Εθνικής και φαρμακείο.
