Ο ισόγειος χώρος που διατίθεται,είναι μια αυτόνομη και ανεξάρτητη κατοικία, 95m3 περίπου, με καθιστικό, κουζίνα, δύο υπνοδωμάτια και μπάνιο. Υπάρχει και δεύτερο μπάνιο έξω από το ένα υπνοδωμάτιο, με πολύ εύκολη πρόσβαση από την μπαλκονόπορτα. Μεγάλες πλακόστρωτες σκιερές αυλές με ανεμπόδιστη θέα στη θάλασσα περιβάλλουν το σπίτι και χαρίζουν αξέχαστες στιγμές χαλάρωσης.

A small (32 square meters) summer family house located on the beach of Megali Ammos. Wake up and jump straight to the sea, sleep with the sound of the waves. Outside siting area where you can have your lunch or dinner under the shade of the pomegranates and palm tree. Sun-beds on the terrace to relax and some that you can carry to the beach underneath. Nice cafes, restaurants located nearby at the beach. Please keep in mind that the Seahouse shares a terrace with the house next door.

Located in the village of Skopelos, near the church of Papameletiou, a stay in our house will give you a glimpse of the traditional life of the village. You will be close to your favorite outdoor activities, the beach, and water sports. We favor the traditional way of life, away from roads and noise, in the middle of the village, with access to port activities and within easy reach of one of the beaches (Glyfoneri). Air conditioning is installed, after a hot summer, unfortunately.
