Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Spring Hill

Stayed for the weekend with my spouse, 2 year old twins, and parents. Everything was provided, and we could tell how much thought went into making the home convenient, comfortable, and fun. My mom commented that it was one of the cleanest homes she had ever been in and that the floors were literally sparkling! It was a great trip.

The pictures and description really cant do this home enough justice...it is a simply stunning place and Carmen went above and beyond, was extremely personable and made us feel at home, communicated quickly and was a pleasure to deal with, 10 out of 5 stars !!¡

This was our second stay at Relaxing Retreat. We appreciated it even more the second time. As soon as you enter, a Florida vibe surrounds you and it's squeaky clean. Dana and Larry provide all the extras that make a stay super special..... like a welcome snack basket, all the kitchen and bathroom amenities you could ask for, a super clear and informative welcome binder and so much more. Communication from the start until the end was prompt, friendly and helpful. We hope to come again. Thank you!

My family and I were here for Mother’s Day weekend to kayak the Weekie Watchee river and Jose’s place for this did not disappoint! We were equipped with the right amount of kayaks we needed for the people in my party and the head spring was a quick nine minute drive. The vast river frontage and the plentiful seating to enjoy the views was wonderful and the propane grill came in handy the night we wanted to grill steaks for a special meal. Comfy beds and lots of under the sink bathroom items supplied to make use of in case you forgot anything. Luxury Native brand shampoo, conditioner, and body wash supplied! This host is responsive and cares to make your trip memorable. Book, you won’t be disappointed.🙂

Annabelle's air bnb was absolutely fantastic! Her place was clean, cozy, beautiful and we felt right at home here. Annabelle was an excellent host, she responded in a timely manner when we had any questions. The location of her place is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The heated pool was just an added bonus that we absolutely enjoyed everyday. We would recommend this place to anybody and everybody! Thank you for being such an amazing host to our family! We would absolutely book with you again.

I had a few choices and Jeremy's place was the most expensive of the 3 options. I stayed in another unit in same apt. complex previously, which was excellent and less expensive. I am glad I paid up because it was well worth it. I just wish he had availability for my next stay here! Great space; great fixtures; comfortable; warm; inviting

Great condo. You have to keep touching the black pad above the main door handle to get the key pad to come on. Love the lake and pool. Elevator was out of service but wasn’t an issue for us. Quiet safe are and hosts responded quickly when we had questions or needed more supplies. Would definitely stay here again.

I would like to start off by complimenting Erin for the way she keeps this unit, It was as described and very well kept. It took us longer to get from the airport baggage claim to the rental car terminal than for us to drive to our unit. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely be contacting Erin for future rentals.

A beautiful group of cottages tucked in off a slightly busy road. Easy access to the bike trail access point. Approx 2 mile drive to downtown. Definitely had all the essentials for a comfortable stay

Rich's property is awesome and yes we did see the gator only once it did honor us with its presence, many restaurants and endless business to shop from went to the state fair and many other activties to do not to mention the beautiful weather, would greatly appreciate to stay at the this beautiful property when in this area. The homeowners were fantastic. They were responsive to all my text messages. Had an issue with the AC freezing up the first day. And they were out right away within an hour of he reached out to him to fix it. That was back up and going within an hour. I had a family emergency and I had to go back and they were very accommodating. I would recommend this house anymore and I will stay there again.

Cheryl’s place was perfect for our U of Tampa graduation celebration! We were within 2 miles of all our favorite spots, SOHO, Hyde Park, the River walk, Downtown, U of Tampa, and my daughter’s apt! Also, very easy access and jump on 275. Davis Islands is a cute spot on its own as well. Very walkable for exercise and/or into the cute little town with bars, restaurants and a coffee shop. Cheryl’s place is great for a group. There’s space to hang out in the family room, as well as outside at the pool! We loved our time at the house, as well as when we were out exploring! I would definitely recommend Cheryl’s place. It feels more like a home than a rental! Thank you again! We hope to return!!

We felt right at home at this place. From the minute we walked in the door, we felt at home. When my family comes to visit again, I will rent this place again.

Fantastic stay! The 3BR/3BA home was beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed. Perfect location—just a short walk to the beach and all the restaurants and shops in downtown Clearwater Beach. We especially loved the rooftop seating area and firepit. The host was excellent and very responsive. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Kim’s place. Nice decor throughout. We felt comfortable and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Kim was always available if we needed to text her and she was very pleasant and helpful. Good location, close to restaurants and Highway. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. I definitely recommend Kim’s place.

My family and I had a great time at Nancy's place. my kids especially loved the large pool! There was more than enough room for our group.
