Monthly Rentals in Springfield

It’s a beautiful place - neat and well put together. A very proactive and friendly host. I will stay here over and over again.

This is one of the best Airbnbs I’ve rented. Stayed at the property about 45 days and appreciated every moment. Not only was the apartment space clean with an amazing fragrance, but it was pretty quiet especially being a basement apartment. I worked overnights during my stay and was able to sleep during the day with no issues. The Springfield metro train is a 13 min uber ride (approximately $15.00) which takes you into DC if you don’t have transportation. The Springfield mall is also like 15 mins away and there’s nice restaurant, Mike Andersons, about 10 mins away. Luis and his wife were extremely nice and welcoming….like family. The neighbors were really nice as well. Highly recommended!

Host was really friendly and responsive, the check in was really easy and location is a great neighbourhood. The place was clean and comfortable, I would definitely book again with this host in the future!

Great find! This listing was even better in person that it looked on paper. The photos don't do it justice. The location is quiet and in a good location with plenty of parking. Fairly close to DC for day trips. Lots of room in the house with a nice deck in the back. Kitchen was comprehensive and contained all the tools/utensils we needed. The standing desk in the basement was a welcome surprise. I have become wary of Airbnb over the last few years, but places like this are what keep me coming back to the app. This property really embodies the true spirit of Airbnb.
