Quiet neigbourhood close to local attractions and transport links and tucked away from busy roads. Easy access in and out of Hull via road and ferry. Close to local attractions like The Deep, Hull City Centre, Princes Quay shopping centre, Bonus Arena Concert Venue. Ideal for visiting the Hull area. Corporate lettings for Siemens, Docks and local businesses. Meet and greet with all guests. Telephone contact available throughout the day, please be curteous with evening timings unless in an extreme emergency. Quiet area with a small selection of flats and houses. Good shopping options on Holderness Road and Hull City Centre. Local supermarkets (Asda, Lidl) within walking distance. Also within walking distance are a selection of bakeries, gym, banks and places to eat such as an Italian restaurant, McDonalds, Indian restaurant, Fish and Chips, Pizza. Walks along the River Humber frontage within easy access, leading to the popular aquarium The Deep. A private parking space is available for guests use. Hull City Centre is a short walk away, approx 1.5 mile. Regular buses are only a 10 minute ride into the town and can be caught on Holderness Road which is a 5 minute walk away. Bus/cycle lanes and paths to explore the area. Local taxi service. There is also Rent-A-Car close by. The docks with P&O Ferry links within close proximity, 5 minutes by car.

Deer View Cabin is the perfect secluded getaway to spend your time relaxing in the hot tub or sit listening to the rain on the tin roof in a rocking chair on our beautiful porch. Inside you can unwind in comfy chairs beside a cosy stove whilst you look out onto woodland & wildlife. If you like walking we have beautiful off road walks to the quiet beach of Grimston (25 min walk) or around St Michael’s woods, bring appropriate footwear. Deer View was built & designed by my husband Dominic ❤️

Chapel Bricks is a cosy, clean, and tidy cottage nestled in a quiet part of East Riding, perfect for families, dog lovers, and nature lovers. It features a secure garden, a cosy log fire for winter nights, and all the amenities you need, including a dishwasher and an excellent coffee machine, for all those coffee lovers. Just a 10-minute drive to a dog-friendly beach, and the beautiful seaside town of Hornsea. With some local art, pottery, and a lovely village pub with excellent food.
