Nestled in the peaceful and picturesque Lincolnshire countryside is Broomlands Boathouse. Our bespoke, hand-crafted log cabin offers you a relaxing and tranquil get away. Set in the gardens of our farmhouse, on the edge of a private 12 acre lake. Our log cabin provides luxurious bed & breakfast accommodation for two people. A private veranda, snug living area with log burner, en-suite shower room and double bed on mezzanine level offers the perfect retreat for couples. Relax, unwind and enjoy!

Deer View Cabin is the perfect secluded getaway to spend your time relaxing in the hot tub or sit listening to the rain on the tin roof in a rocking chair on our beautiful porch. Inside you can unwind in comfy chairs beside a cosy stove whilst you look out onto woodland & wildlife. If you like walking we have beautiful off road walks to the quiet beach of Grimston (25 min walk) or around St Michael’s woods, bring appropriate footwear. The Shepherds Retreat - Hot Tub Farm Stay!

The Shepherds Retreat is a luxury shepherds hut in East Yorkshire, set in a 13 acre field surrounded by the resident flock of sheep at our family farm. The hut is a self contained hideaway with fitted kitchen, dining/lounge with log burner, bathroom and bedroom. Outside is a wood fired hot tub boasting uninterrupted views over the East Yorkshire countryside. Patrington has countless amenities on the doorstep from butchers, bakers, shops and pubs. Beaches can be found within a 10 minute drive.

It is stylish, cosy and comfortable This period property has beautiful views over the large garden which often displays a beautiful sun set .You may well be treated to the church bells or deer, green woodpeckers and rabbits in the garden . The railway station is close by. The very private and luxury accommodation is upstairs with its own entrance and a large and very comfortable super king bed. Enjoy the lovely setting of this luxurious hideaway in the Lincolnshire Wolds. Our Saddlehouse is set to the side of the farmyard of our working farm and is metres away from the Viking Way footpath. A perfect retreat for walkers and mountain bikers. The farm is situated on a dead-end lane and boasts gorgeous uninterrupted views of the wolds. Sadly unsuitable for infants or children.
