Great house for our large group. Loved that there were two refrigerators. Plenty of room for everyone.

I really liked the space, both in the house and all around the outside. Inside many places to gather, relax, or swim. Outside something to do on every side of the house, campfire, pickleball, basketball, golfing…I could go on but my fav was up on the veranda looking out over the valley. I really liked the high quality bath linens. All in our group wanted to come back and the kids didn’t want to leave. The only negative voiced was the kitchen cabinets were so stocked that the only place for the food we brought was on kitchen counters.

Billy Boy Retreat was perfect! Dave and Stacy made everything effortless—from the smooth check-in to thoughtful touches throughout the home. Every amenity we could possibly need was provided, and the space was both spotless and comfortably spacious. It felt just like staying at a beloved aunt and uncle’s home—warm, welcoming, and easy to settle into. The pool was pristine and perfectly heated for all-day enjoyment, and the rafts and pool toys kept the whole family entertained. In the evenings, the outdoor patio and hot tub were ideal for unwinding. We couldn’t have imagined a better place for our family vacation!

Beautiful location and charming little condo! My family enjoyed every minute of it. Close to so many hiking spots and the views are amazing. Andrea was a great host! We will definitely be back.

Super great spot! Loved it and plan to be back! Ski in/out for sure when snow permits. We didn’t get that luxury but it was still just a short drive. Loved this spot!

Everything was fine & place was as described. We were disappointed because fireplace didn’t work & when we inquired we didn’t receive a response. There was a lock on it so we didn’t try.

The place was great! It was super spacious and in a great location. Super close to the lodge and you are right on the golf course. The 24/7 shuttle was an amazing plus to this place. 10/10 definitely will book again.

Patricia’s place was perfect for us! The location was easy to get to and in a great location! Many restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment near by. The house itself was wonderful. The sunporch was my favorite place. Nice table to sit at and enjoy the outside but being inside. The rest of the house was very quaint. The whole house was very clean. All the rooms were the perfect size for us. Nice bathroom with all the amenities we needed. Very clean and lots of towels. Nice bedroom and living room. Loved the laundry room/lots of room/hangers. Closet had great amount of hangers. Loved the 2 tvs. You can’t go wrong renting this house! Patricha was a great host!

We had a great stay here. It was super clean and comfortable. It looks exactly like the pictures and was super cozy. The location is great, just a short walk to local nightlife. It was a very nice place, I’d love to stay here again!

The house is wonderful. The bedrooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom--including the soaking tub--is luxurious. The kitchen and dining room have everything you need. The wifi worked well . . . Entry (via code) was simple, and Margaret conveyed all the necessary information well in advance. I highly recommend this well-appointed house!

Shirly was a host that was communicating before, during and after our stay. I would book this location or any location that she has because of how easy it was to get in and the house had everything we needed

Great location and our son loved seeing air hockey for the first time! Nicole patiently helped me figure out how to turn it on. kitchen cabinets are well labeled and shower had nice hot water. We walked to blue slide playground. Make sure you are comfortable carrying your luggage up stairs to stay here, not a problem for us.

We had a few hiccups in our schedule and Chad was very accommodating and considerate. It was greatly appreciated!

Home is just as pictured and very clean. Host is easy to communicate with and location is great. Overall a very good stay!

Had a great stay in Pittsburgh. Short Uber ride to downtown areas. We were in town for the US Open so we didn’t get to explore the area much but was perfect for our groups needs. House was very clean and creatively decorated. Would definitely recommend!

This place was perfect! Very easy to access from both parking options. Chad responded almost instantly and was really accommodating. Highly recommend!

Stayed here for over a month, it’s a cozy place for long time stay. Sesan is a great host, easy to communicate and really responsive.

My stay was great the kids loved it and I love the place it was a peaceful place and area we went there for a family gathering my daughter graduated and we had family and friends over they also loved the place just gave family and home vibes the host were very informative and even checked to make sure we were enjoying are stay just made me feel like family and that’s what it’s all bout thank you guys

This is actually an entire single home dwelling. Not an attached rowhome or townhouse. Around the back of the house there is your own personal parking that can accommodate at least 3 vehicles. So, you DO NOT have to search for a parking spot or parking around the block like I've found is an issue with many AirB&B in Pittsburgh. There is only 2 stairs to walk down to get into the back of the house. The backyard area is completely fenced In. Hot Tub works! Couldn't have asked for anything better!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property. The check-in process was seamless, and the house perfectly matched the photos online. Chad and his team demonstrated exceptional responsiveness, starting from our initial booking. Even when a local water main issue arose, they kept us well-informed with timely updates, which was greatly appreciated.
