Holiday rentals with a patio in Srinjine

Boravak je bio fantastičan! Smještaj je uredan, čist i opremljen sa svim što je potrebno za ugodan i bezbrižan odmor. Domaćin je bio vrlo ljubazan i brzo je odgovarao na sve naše poruke, što nam je mnogo olakšalo komunikaciju. Jacuzzi je bio poseban dodatak koji je naš boravak učinio još ljepšim. Sve je bilo točno kao što je opisano i predstavljeno na slikama. Toplo preporučujem ovaj smještaj svima koji žele kvalitetan odmor i sigurnu uslugu! ☺️

Davorka is an amazing host. So personable, delightful, and kind. She gave the best recommendations and went out of her way to make us feel at home. We wish we could ah e stayed much longer.

We have rent the appartment for 9 nights. We have sincerely appreciated to be here ! Everything was very clean and we received a delicious red wine as welcome gifted from Tanja's parents. The place is calm, the bedroom really confortable and the terrace is very large. We see the stars every night and sometimes shooting stars. What a pleasure ! Near the appartment, there is a small supermarket and another one, bigger, next to the beach. You can also eat food specialities on the beach. Also, Podstrana is really a charming place to discover : there is a lot of flowers, cats, local houses! A lot of things to see, especially if you like taking pictures :) The must for us was the location of the apartment : you are just 8-10 minutes from the beach by walking. We had a fantastic experience and the apartment was everything we wanted and more. Beautiful and clean, a lovely location and great views from the balcony. Stobrec was peaceful and lovely with good restaurants and fantastic beaches. Ante and his wife were brilliant hosts and couldn’t have been more helpful. We would definitely return.

My girlfriend and me had a great stay at Martina’s place. The apartment literally has everything you can think of. Comfy, relaxing, modern, great view, and a beautiful garden with plants. I highly recommend this place. Martina was an awesome host, answering immidiatelly to any question.

Me and my friends loved our time in Split and Josip’s place was the reason why! Absolutely stunning apartment only a 20 minute uber from Split and lovely beach a 5 minute taxi down the road. Being with my mates by the pool and BBQing was what made our holiday so enjoyable so thank you. Josip was great and made us feel very welcome - even dropped us off a few beers. Would certainly recommend and if I’m ever back in Split I know where I’ll be staying!

Mirjana lejlighed i Omiš var totalt luksus og virkelig lækker. Der er ikke en finger at sætte på noget. Det fungerede fantastisk med de to forbundne lejligheder - både for en familie som os med store teenagere og for to familier på ferie sammen. Den gamle restaurant lige under lejligheden er anbefalelsesværdig - virkelig lækker mad, super betjening og ikke dyrt.

This apartment is absolutely beautiful and we loved our stay. The balcony had stunning views, the apartment had everything we needed and more! The underground secure parking was a real plus. Nothing negative to say it was perfect

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful house in Croatia. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by stunning views and peaceful surroundings. The house is beautifully decorated with all modern amenities you could need. The large terrace with pool was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the breathtaking sunsets every evening. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for perfect stay. Her attention to detail and hospitality truly made a difference. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Marijana was an excellent host and we had a great time with our little baby. She was very accommodating and gave us lots of helpful tips and was very responsive. We also really appreciated Marijana providing a travel cot to avoid us having to bring one with us on our holidays. The amenities in the house are great and the welcome pack was very kind. The location is a bit out of the way, past some dirt roads and an industrial estate but the house makes up for it definitely and great for family time by the pool and outside oven. Ubers to old town were only €7 so handy enough

Our stay at Ivana’s place was nothing short of perfect! The apartment was spotless, and it seemed like she had thought of everything. We were so comfortable here and wished we could’ve stayed longer. If you’re visiting split I highly recommend this place.

We had the most wonderful time staying at Patria Suite. The accommodation was perfect - luxurious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The private terrace and roof top pool are really special. However, even better than this were the hosts. We wish we could give more than 5* for this! All so warm, friendly and welcoming (but never intruding on our privacy - you would never know that they live on the lower floors, other than they are there to help when ever you need anything). They provided everything we needed for our 7 month old baby (even buying a new mattress for the cot, baby bath and toys especially for him!). The fresh fruit and vegetables from Damira’s garden are spectacular. It was such a special place to stay. The care and attention to detail from the family made this THE best Air BnB we have ever stayed in.

Wir waren zu 4. in der Unterkunft und es hat perfekt gepasst! Wir haben eigentlich nichts auszusetzen. Milica war stehts erreichbar und hat uns sofort geholfen, wenn wir eine Frage oder anderes hatten. Der Whirlpool waren ein wahrer Segen und perfekt um den Abend etwas ausklingen zu lassen! Wir kommen wieder!

The apartment was everything we hoped for and even more! Very clean, great amenities and the hostess is incredibly nice and helpful. Swimming pool is very clean and private, the layout is also great if you are travelling with small children and therefore easy to keep an eye on them. Bus stop is just around the corner so getting to Split without car is easy. The surrounding village is also very quaint and scenery is fantastic. I only gave 5/5 because 6/5 is not possible in this app :)

Vi var ett sällskap på 10 personer, 7 vuxna och 3 barn, som spenderade 1 vecka i huset i början på juni. Vi hade en helt fantastisk vecka och huset erbjöd allt vi behövde. Huset har väldigt bra planlösning med sovrummen separerad från övriga ytor, väl utrustat med allt man behöver, flera toaletter och ett fantastiskt läge. På övervåningen är nästan som en egen lägenhet som var perfekt för en av familjerna att bo. Utomhusområdet med pool, pingisbord, utekök, matplatser, liten lekplats och solsängar är väldigt bra och har en otrolig utsikt. Vi spenderade den mesta av tiden i huset och det blev många timmar i den fina poolen. Vi var på några utflykter, bland annat Split och Omis. Fina platser som det var kort resväg till med taxi eller Uber. Vi gick ner till byn, ca 1 km, varje dag för att handla men även för att bada i havet och äta på den lokala restaurangen, väldigt fint och trevligt. Det var helt enkelt en fantastisk vecka och Jasna med familj var väldigt bra värdar.

Lokalizaja idealna na wypady w okoliczne miejscowości i plaże. W mieszkaniu czujesz się jak u siebie, kuchnia wyposażona w pełni wszystko jest sprawne, łazienka czysta i wszechstronna. Łóżka duże i bardzo wygodne. W salonie telewizor na którym można zalogować się na swój Netflix.

The apartment was a great base to explore Split. We also went on day trips to Hvar and The National Park which we enjoyed. The apartment is exactly like it is in the photos and is very clean and well equipped. We appreciated the extras touches - drinks in the fridge and pastries when we arrived and toiletries and lots of towels. It is five floors up but this means the terrace has great views over the harbour. Anamarija was an excellent host and we loved our stay.

Dijana und Dragan waren supernette Hosts, haben mir sehr freundlich Orientierung über die Möglichkeiten rundum gegeben und waren mit allem behilflich. Sie waren immer erreichbar und wir hatten einen wirklich netten Kontakt. Sie stellten mir auch ein Fahrrad zur Verfügung, mit dem ich gut die Umgebung erkunden konnte. Der Platz gab mir viel ruhigen Freiraum und der Blick von dem wunderbaren Balkon ist atemberaubend schön. Das kleine Studio ist liebevoll und sauber hergerichtet. Der Ort bietet nette Möglichkeiten zu essen und es gibt einige schöne Strände. Perfekt für ein paar schöne Inseltage.

Nos gustó mucho el apartamento, es cómodo, luminoso y está muy bien equipado. También estaba muy limpio. Además está muy cerca del centro comercial del que salen autobuses gratuitos hacia el puerto y tiene un supermercado grande, nos pareció súper útil. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables!

Idealny pobyt w Dugi Rat w apartamencie Mireli. Było bardzo czysto, wygodnie i cicho. Okolica jest bardzo spokojna z plażą, sklepami oraz restauracjami oddalonymi o kilka minut spacerem. Mirela jest bardzo miłą i pomocną gospodynią. Zdecydowanie polecam jej mieszkanie.

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen getroffen wenn nicht sogar übertroffen. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Es war alles sehr sauber und man hat sich direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das gegenüberliegende Ufer und das Meet war jeden Morgen beim Frühstücken ein Highlight. Das Meer ist in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar und auch die Fähre nach Split ist in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. In der Umgebung gibt es viele tolle Restaurants und Strände. Niki hat uns einige Empfehlungen gegeben. Zudem war er für uns immer erreichbar und hat uns sofort weitergeholfen, wenn benötigt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

I fell in love with Croatia & Kaštel Kambelovac during my 1-month stay at Erma’s. Barbara, who was my support and contact person, was super helpful, especially when I had questions as I began learning my way around on the wonderful bus system. While you cannot see the water at all & there is little direct sunlight coming in (as there is a building acrosss the street that seems to house a preschool), the studio is charming inside (just as it looks in pics), & is only a 30-second walk from a little pebble beach, a long promenade with benches, and a yummy restaurant. Two more blocks gets you to groceries, a town square (popular with locals—not touristy) & coffee/drink bars. I so appreciated access to a bike to explore the waterfront villages in Kaštel, which had more outdoor dining in the direction of Trojir. Easy access to charming walled city of Trojir, much larger Split, & the airport by bus. Tip: I most loved beach bar with trees at nearby Gomilica. Plus be sure to download bus app.

First of all, Ivan is the most incredible host I’ve ever met. He picked us up from the ferry just after midnight and helped us with a few things throughout the week. He’s kind, generous and very understanding. The flat is amazing, especially the Seaview with the mountains in the background- spectacular! The nearby beach is stunning. A special man who has an apartment in a special place!
