Lovely home and great bang for the buck! great communication as well! ...the only issue we had was the thermostat was raised each date to nearly 80 degrees and it took too long for it to come back down to a sustainable comfortable temperature. It's like someone else had control over it, instead of us.

Rick’s home was amazing for me and my friends for our 2 week stay. We loved the location and the home offered us plenty of space. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Rick was responsive and gave us plenty of info up front which made check in very smooth. Would 100% recommend this as a place to stay in the Kissimmee area! Thanks Rick!

Mario’s place was absolutely amazing! The house was very clean and had everything you’d need. The house was spotless with a huge laundry room. There were pool toys available and a great outdoor seating area near the pool! Lots of spacious bedrooms and very comfy beds. Will definitely stay at this house again! 10/10(:

I had an incredible experience; from the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described (if not better). It had everything I needed — comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and thoughtful touches throughout. The location was fantastic — quiet and safe, but still close to a Walmart and other essential stores. The host was outstanding — super responsive, helpful, and kind. They made sure I felt welcome and had all the information I needed for a smooth check-in and an enjoyable stay. I just want to thank Enma and all of the hosts who helped make my little family’s first vacation feel so perfect! This is also my first house Airbnb experience (I’ve been in hotel style Airbnb’s) before but I used to be more of a resort type of girl. Now my teen daughter says we should do a house instead of resorts every year!! I miss this home already and so much that now my husband and I are discussing owning one of these ! The home much nice and cozy and so cleannn! The beds felt amazing ! I miss the pool already !! Thank you . Thank you !!!!

We were looking for a nice quite place to relax by the pool with a good view and this is exactly what we got! The pool (which is screened in to keep any bugs and wildlife out) looked out into a small lake with only trees on the other end. It was very quiet and peaceful the whole time. I was worried about turning on and off the security system, but the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Overall, the bnb was very comfortable and had all the amenities of home. I would def recommend staying with Craig while in Florida :)

5*’s isn’t enough! We had the most amazing trip! Armani’s place is highly recommended! Close to Disney and other attractions! Armani couldn’t do anymore for us! My daughter loved the pool and because all the beds where comfortable had to try and figure out which one was her favourite by sleeping in them all 😂 We will be back Armani! Thank you so much!!!

Susie's listing is just as pictured and clean. It was quiet. Communicating with Susie was easy and pleasant. There's plenty of space and great 2 bedrooms have their private bath. We appreciate her kindness and being attentive to our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great and close to our travel plans. The house was great and well kept. We enjoyed the pool and the view. Definitely recommend.

This location is hands down my favorite property in the Orlando area. The house was so much better than the pictures and descriptions! We had so many options from the multiple game rooms, the theater, the pool to keep the entire family occupied, we really could have skipped the parks and still had a great vacation. Chris was extremely helpful, sending information and instructions well in advance of check-in. He was very quick to respond to any message I sent. The kids said on the way home that this was their best vacation EVER! They can't wait to stay at this property again when we come back to Orlando.

He didn’t just hand over the keys; he opened the door to an experience. You could tell right away that he cares, not just about his property but about the people who walk through his gates. Home Away from Home Inside the Airbnb, everything was just right. The space was cozy and inviting, but also clean, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged. It felt like it was made with heart, not just business in mind. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed, and the bed? The kind you sink into and forget the world for a while. It wasn’t just a place to sleep—it was a place to live. By the end of our stay, it didn’t feel like we were leaving an Airbnb. It felt like we were saying goodbye to a relative’s home—one that you actually want to visit again and again.

This was a great Airbnb. The location seemed safe. All instructions were clear. I appreciate the cleanliness. The home was a little dated, but well loved and well worth the price. The amenities were more than sufficient.

Amazing home beautifully decorated. I only wish I could have stayed more than one night. I'll definitely consider staying here again and highly recommend it for families and groups of 4-6. When I arrived, check in was super easy and they had the lights on for my late arrival through the home, which made it easy to find my way to a comfy bed.

We had a wonderful time! Easy 30 minute drive to Disney. Quiet neighborhood and the kiddos loved the pool! Host was very responsive before and during our trip! Having the crib and high chair for our baby was super helpful to save room in our packed car for the trip! Loved being able to do laundry and having shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the master bath was a plus thank you so much! The pull-out mattresses under the kid twins bed was super helpful! Thank y'all so much!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this location. Not too far from food or stores. Target just around the corner for your last minute needs. Felt right at home🫶🏽

This is hands down best airbnb I’ve ever stayed at in Orlando. The house looked just like the photos, very clean, check in and out was very easy and the pool was amazing and clean. There was complimentary wine waiting for us and the host was very nice and responsive. Can't wait to go back!

We loved our stay. The location was perfect, not far from a lot of places. We felt very safe throughout our whole stay. The neighborhood was very clean. The pool was nice and the bedrooms were amazing with plenty of space for everyone. My niece loved the slide in the kids bedroom. We enjoyed our stay overall! Definitely recommend!

Juan was a gracious and responsive host, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. The housekeeping was exceptional—everything was clean, fresh, and thoughtfully arranged, which made the stay incredibly comfortable. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended, and I would absolutely stay again!

Needed a place to decompress after visiting Family and this was the perfect spot! We really enjoyed being able to play pool in the garage! What a great surprise! Let’s do it again!

We had an amazing time staying here! We stayed for 4 nights, and Andrea was so helpful the entire time. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The place was very easy to find as Apple Maps takes you straight there. The place was also clean and had plenty of provided amenities. The couch and master bed were also to die for! This is definitely one of the coziest, cleanest, and cutest rentals I’ve ever stayed in! Would 10/10 recommend.

Such a great location. Close to the beach, shopping, Orlando, aquarium, tons of restaurant option, and so much more. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful with great neighbors. We can’t wait for our next trip!
