We will share maps to our favorite swimming hole on the Russian River or to ocean beaches, or introduce you to excellent local vintners.

The Petaluma Victorian Garden Apartment is on the ground floor (some refer to it as a basement) of a 1880s Victorian home. Petaluma’s historic downtown is only 5 blocks away from this private solar powered one bedroom apartment. You can also shop at the Petaluma Premium Outlet mall. Petaluma is centrally located to world class wineries in Sonoma and Napa Valleys and the beautiful Sonoma and Marin coasts. San Francisco is also easily accessed using the nearby freeway or public transportation.

Located in the heart of Sonoma Valley is a historic property on 1.11 acres that boasts several gardens and an olive orchard. The 1,400 sq ft unit is located directly below the host's main residence and features a large bedroom, bathroom, and living room with a wet bar, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffeemaker and water kettle. It is also equipped with WiFi & AC/heating. The property is located across the street from beautiful St. Francis Winery and hiking trails at Hood Mountain Regional Park.

Downtown Napa Gem - perfect for TWO!

Located downtown Napa, a short walk (three blocks) to dozens of shops, restaurants and wine tasting. The property was originally built in 1908 and has recently been remodeled. The rental offers two comfortable bedrooms, two relaxing patios, a living room and one full bath. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker, but no kitchen. Easy parking in front of the rental. We are one of the 60 hosts with a legal Napa rental permit which allows us no more than two guests.

We are walking distance to Endiku Winery, Ceja Winery, Homewood Winery, Lou's Lunchette, and Hanson's Vodka. We have a small organic farm off the beaten path. The unit is upstairs above the garage, and it is very private. We have some wonderful birdwatching opportunities. On our farm we see herons, egrets, quail, redtail hawks, owls, quail, and many small birds.

Your second home is above our 2-car garage, a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, living room, full kitchen and dining area. A twin size daybed is in the living room. Local grocery stores are within a mile, a 10-minute drive to downtown Santa Rosa, 45-minute drive to the coast and little over an hour to San Francisco. Private cozy guest unit nestled under towering Giant Redwood and Fir trees, the Sonoma coast is 20 minutes to the west and world class wineries and microbreweries start 5 minutes to the east. Enjoy the Redwood deck with dedicated guest area, bbq fireplace, and hot tub. The hosts Jason and Kim were superhosts until Covid stopped all short term rentals last year, we are just opening back up for guests in July 2021.
