it was great home . Me and my 4 kids where traveling through town and I had to find a place fast because or class A motorhome had run into major issue and so happy I found this place. it was great. the pond was perfect for fishing and right across the way from a skate park. I was able to grab our stuff from the f.v for my kids to play. We even where able to make friends with a couple local families. If ever in Kingsland would and will rent again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Catherine's house. Check in and out was easy. The beds were comfortable. Great communication and Catherine is very pleasant and warm. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck watching the sunrise as well as swinging on the front porch as the sun set. Plenty of room inside the house with all we needed to cook and relax between outings. We would definitely stay again.

My husband and I are in our 70s The place was clean. Bed comfortable. Loved the back porch area where it was breezy and watching the wildlife. Love being close to the beach and quiet evenings playing scrabble and sometimes grilling our food. My dog was also loving this place seemed like he didn’t want to leave. Went into town and had great food and a reflexology session. Lots to do there. Can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful home! Tucked in a quiet neighborhood, extremely peaceful and tranquil home! Had a super cool tire swing in the back for the kids (they loved it). Plenty of space for my family and dogs. Decor is trendy and cute with small accents / pops of color all around. We loved our stay!

Great location, beach is only a 3 minute walk from property. Very clean, host is very communicative and accommodating! We had a great stay while in town for a wedding.

Will be back we come to Camden county a lot and will stay again

So relaxing In such a beautiful setting. Loved relaxing in the sun by the pool. Able to get fresh eggs every morning from the hens on the property who were always excited to see us. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again and stay at the property.

Home was very clean and accessible. We came with a trailer attached to our vehicle and had plenty of space in driveway to accommodate both. Beds were comfy and shower temp was nice and hot. Nice place for our stop over in Jax.

My sisters and I came here to stay for the weekend to visit some family that lives in Jacksonville. The house was so fun! We love the pool and the hot tub! The backyard was amazing and the house was so nice and fun!

Loved the place! Cozy, clean and convenient! Loved being able to bring my dog with me - my dog loved it! If we travel to St Augustine again we will happily stay there again

5 Stars – A Much-Needed Getaway with Comfort and Convenience My family and I planned to be in Jacksonville for medical appointments at the Mayo Clinic and decided to turn the trip into a bit of a getaway. We’re so glad we chose this Airbnb—it was the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and relaxation. The house was well-appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. (Though note to self: next time, I’ll remember to bring my 13x9 pan for baking brownies!) The beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated how clean and inviting the space was. The pool was a huge plus—clean and well-maintained, with plenty of chairs for lounging and soaking up the Florida sun. The location was excellent—quiet yet convenient to everything we needed, including the Mayo Clinic. The hosts provided some great restaurant suggestions. We tried Jax Beach Brunch Haus and found it to be delightful-- great lattes, delicious pancakes. We would definitely stay here again!

My son and I stayed here for 2 nights on our way down to Disney and let me tell you this is one is the sickest airbnbs I’ve ever booked! Your just minutes from all the main attractions and walking distance to Starbucks/ stores if need be (although we door dashed) . Paul is so kind and helpful and takes a true interests in his guests to ensure we had the best stay possible! 11/10 RECOMMEND!!

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again

Top Airbnb experience for us. comfortable, clean, ideally located. Doesn't feel like one of the hollow cheap fake places I've found on airbnb -- it's a real small business being run with care and attention to detail. Plenty of dishes, pans, kitchen essentials. backyard was spacious and fenced -- comfy for our dog. glad we picked this spot for our weekend trip to Jekyll Island!

This amazing home in Saint Augustine exceeded my expectations. It was lovely inside and out and truly felt like home with all of the special touches. The house is very central to Downtown and is an easy walk to the local restaurants and shops. We loved sitting outside by the fire pit and on the front porch. The parking is a big bonus and accommodated 2 SUV’s and my truck which was longer than usual due to kayaks in the back. I would not hesitate to stay again. We loved it!

This was a great place for us to stay while working through some construction details. There were three people so we had plenty of space to do all the things we needed to do. The house was as described and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were very responsive and proactive with check in and check out.

Location, location, location! This home has a perfect spot, from the walkability to the park to the downtown shops and restaurants. The home itself is an older home but the pool and marsh views make you overlook the older features of the lower level of the home. The upstairs is perfect with a large room that leads to a deck overlooking the marsh and the home itself sleeps as many as described. Would stay here again just for the location and pool, everything about downtown St. Marys is enjoyable. Upon arriving at the home, there were a few beer cans tucked in the bunk bed corners next to the wall that housekeeping missed, the back patio gazebo had burnt cigar ends under the table, broken glass in the deck boards, and a used wash cloth still on the towel bar that’s why I gave the cleanliness only 4 stars.

From the first minute I booked it Sam was on the money. He was fast to respond, kind, easy to work with and extremely helpful. The little place was clean, comfortable and easy to access. I was there by myself so I stayed in the room with the bigger bed. It was quite comfortable and had a ceiling fan. The bathroom was a little tight but it was clean. The washing machine and dryer were fantastic amenities to have. It wasn’t really clear that it was an apartment but that wasn’t that big a deal. The only complaint I had is the inconsiderate people who blared their music at night. Sam can’t control that so that’s not on him. The area isn’t the best but I wasn’t worried about anything. It needs to be more clear that this is an upstairs apartment. The ad was a little unclear. The price, the location for where I needed to be, and the surrounding area was outstanding. I would stay there again. Sam is fantastic to work with.

I loved how specious the unit was. The host were very responsive and kind. I will definitely rebook in the future when I return back in town.

Would definitely rent again.

This guesthouse straight out of a Joanna Gaines magazine was the perfect place for my family with a crib for the baby and animals for my toddler to see. There’s a neighborhood playground a short walk away. Close to town. The well water has a strong smell, but we enjoyed our stay.

The Cozy Crab is one of the most well-thought-out and relaxing places we’ve ever stayed. It felt more like a custom-built outdoor lifestyle lodge than a vacation rental — everything was spot-on for our little family. We enjoyed it so much we never even made it to the beach. Instead, we spent our last evening fishing together on the dock. The wildlife is abundant. We were greeted upon arrival by a welcoming committee of manatees, clearly long-term fans of the property . Dropped the provided crab trap (aka Hotel California) and scored multiple crabs. Caught a mix of catfish, bonnethead sharks, a ray, and even a small hammerhead. Also spotted redfish, sheepshead, and a few other mystery fins. Also seen: squirrels, turtles, lizards, birds, and so many other critters we lost count. This place-is paradise. Ashley was a phenomenal host.

I love Holly! Shes such a beautifl spirit and her energy is unmatchable ..... her haven is so tranquile and magical, helps you unwind from a hectic work life! Inside the cabin its spotless and got all I needed, especially loved " the stone Harry wash" = a true daily life escape extravagganza! Ten plus rating all the way 👑
