What a great place. Nice quiet friendly community feel with pretty much everything you need to lay low and enjoy Madeira Beach and nearby. Away from the hustle bustle yet convenient if you want to go check stuff out. Nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. Thanks John! Oh yeah and you too Dave (Property Manager). You're on top of it man!

Judy’s place is very nice, and walkable to the beach. The pool and common area are an oasis. They house is equipped with beach necessities. Close to downtown that fills with good restaurants. Judy is an exceptional host, she went above and beyond to accommodate us, and great communication.

The house was beautiful and in the perfect location for our needs. Restaurant recommendations were spot on and our host communicated quickly. Davis Island is a beautiful location to find peace and quiet from the Tampa hustle & bustle. What a great place to tool around on the golf cart that comes with the accommodation. All six of us agreed it's a 5 star air bnb.

We recently wrapped up an AMAZING stay at The Lobster Beach Bungalow. Everything was as described- charming ‘old Florida’ feel and close proximity to the beach (50 steps). It felt like a miniature resort. We got to meet other vacationers staying at the other bungalows, which was pretty cool. We were even able to enjoy the pool on a day where the gulf waters were a little rougher. There are a lot of eateries within walking distance. We tried a different coffee shop every morning- yum! The bungalow itself was comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen had we could have desired should we have decided to eat in. Too many yummy local eateries for that for us though! We also loved being able to have our fur babies with us, as no vacation is complete without our whole family. We look forward to returning next year with some extended family to experience this peaceful paradise. Thank you, Liz, for creating a place that feels like home away from home!

This place was just what we needed. It definitely met our expectations. So close to beach, bay, and fun restaurants.

We had a great stay in Indian Rocks beach. The Airbnb was just a block away from the beach which was really nice. They were also close to many dining locations and a quick drive to other destinations.

Very nice, quaint home less than half a block from the beach. The home was in pristine condition and clearly refurbished after the fall 2024 hurricanes. Everything was in excellent condition. With the house backing onto Beach Trail it was less than a 5min walk to the beach or the Kooky Coconut, which is one of our absolute favorites! Others do use Beach trail by both vehicle and foot though, so do not be surprised when you see folks walking by outside. The house is right on the shell/gravel path. Overall, we would definitely recommend this house for it approximation o the beach and our favorite local grub & ice cream shop!

This is a wonderful place to stay! The home is beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The outdoor area is really nice too. The location was perfect for us. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to almost anything you’d want to do in the Tampa area. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. Their hospitality is top notch. You can feel their thoughtfulness in the little things they do to make your stay more comfortable such as provide little snacks and toiletries. We really enjoyed our stay here and will book again when we come back to Tampa!

We enjoyed being in this home very much. Friendly host, clear instructions, good recommendations, spotless, everything we needed (he even asked us what kind of milk we wanted in the fridge for our morning coffee!!). Quiet neighborhood. As all the reviews noted, great screened in front porch to sit and drink coffee, listen to the birds, watch the squirrels play, and admire the beautiful plantings. We would definitely enjoy staying there again.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location is excellent — close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

This place was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to great restaurants, shops, and bars. The space itself was super cute and beautifully decorated, with just the right amount of room. It had everything we needed, including a little kitchen, a cozy table, a comfy living area, and a lovely bedroom. Everything felt thoughtfully put together and made for such a comfortable stay. I would 100% stay here again!

We loved our trip! Tonga was so prompt with any concerns we had. The labeled light switches were extremely helpful. We loved the hot tub! We would definitely come back here again.

What a gem in the middle of downtown Safety Harbor - the sweetest city with so many restaurants and coffee shops to choose from. Elena’s home was exactly as the photos - except we found a keurig coffee maker - which was even better. The bed was comfy, the kitchen fully stocked, and the two bathrooms were also a treat. We felt right at home for the 8 nights we were there. We will definitely be back.. this is on my top 3 list do favorite air bnbs. Thank you for sharing your sweet home with us!

Our stay was great! We knew what to expect with a handy binder that was inside the home, info was given to get in the home the day before with clear instruction. It’s an older home but very clean and maintained. There are restaurants and grocery stores very close and makes this convenient for needs during your stay as well.
