The house is very easy reachable via public transportation; the post-van is 5 minutes to go, with direct connection to St. Gallen (with an overall travel time of 30 minutes). The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

The newly renovated 3-room apartment is located in a beautiful 3-family house within walking distance of the historic old town of Arbon and Lake Constance. The ideal feel-good base for families, friends & water sports enthusiasts. Two bedrooms and a spacious living room with sofa bed can accommodate 7 people. The apartment is also ideally located for the exhibition grounds (OLMA) and the university in St. Gallen. Our guests benefit from free SUP & kayak rental at the Lake Constance Canoe School.

Das helle, sehr modern ausgestattete und stilvoll eingerichtete Apartment (ca. 45 m²) mit großem Sonnenbalkon liegt sehr zentral direkt an der Uferpromenade von Friedrichshafen und ganz in der Nähe von Bahnhof, Restaurants, Biergärten, Bäcker, Supermärkten, Hafen und der Fußgängerzone. Man ist in ca. 1 Minute zu Fuß am Bodenseeufer und am Beach Club. Zur Messe und zum Flughafen sind es jeweils nur ca. 4 km. Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist im Preis inbegriffen. Schnelles WLAN ist vorhanden.

Modern in-law apartment on organic farm

Die Wohnung Loghomespace befindet sich im unteren Stock des Hauses. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man für einen Aufenthalt in einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Das Blockhaus steht auf dem Haselbachhof welcher von unserer Familie in der 3ten Generation geführt wird. Die Region wird auch Mostindien genannt, wegen den vielen Apfelbäumen. 450 Bäume sind es auf dem Haselbachhof, dazu kommen 40 Milchkühe, 10 Angus Mutterkühe, 10 Pferde ein paar Schafe, Katzen und Hunde.

We do not offer cooking facilities, nor do we install temporary kitchens, it is not possible to prepare food in the room. Only the laundry room is shared. Perfect location. Less than 100m away from: Train station, bus stop, Fachhochschule, Lokremise (cultural center), Cafeteria Gleis 8, shopping facilities, Cityparking Parkhaus.
