The apartment is part of our single-family home, has a separate entrance and a private parking space right by the house. We renovated our basement apartment in 2020 and refurbished it with a lot of love for detail. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed.

In a quiet and central location of Eltville (a few minutes' walk to the old town or to the Rhine), the apartment (equipped with shower/toilet, small kitchen, TV) for up to two people with its separate entrance and a small terrace (for an outdoor breakfast or for a lunch/afternoon/evening drink) offers the ideal starting point for an extended weekend in the Rheingau.

Mainz, Wiesbaden, Eltville are approx. 20 minutes, Rüdesheim or Frankfurt in 30-40 minutes (by car). The apartment is in our detached house, with separate entrance and terrace and is suitable for families with up to 2 children.

I warmly welcome you to Nieder-Olm. Nieder-Olm is located directly south of Mainz in the imposing wine-growing region of Rheinhessen and thus very well located in the Rhine-Main region. It is about 15 minutes by car or approx. 25 minutes by bus or train. The nearest bus stop (Nieder-Olm Selztalcenter) is minutes from your apartment. Frankfurt Airport is about 35 minutes by car, and ZDF is just under 10 km away.
