It is composed of : - ground floor : one bedroom with two single joinable beds with doors to a covered pergola one bathroom (with bidet, tub and shower) and a small, full equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer) with table for 4 people, garden with mandarin and lemon trees, table for outside eating and sun beds - top floor :- a room, with fire place, two single joinable beds and a sofa bed (single bed) , kitchen area ( with stove top, sink, small fridge, toaster, and small electric oven) and a just restored bathroom (with bidet and shower), two wonderful panoramic terraces furnished for outside eating with a large sink, an induction fire plate, a dishwasher and sun beds. FOR 2/3 PEOPLE IT IS POSSIBLE TO RENT ONLY ONE OF THE TWO ROOMS (The rooms have independent entrances and are on two different levels) at MORE CONVENIENT PRICE. INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL FACILITIES The cottage is equipped with 2 satellite TV (one in each room), wi fi, screens on the windows, ceiling fans in both rooms, air conditioning in both rooms, central heating, washing machine, oven, hair dryer, barbecue. This is a large suite with two terraces, an incredible bathroom with a large jacuzzi, an outdoor shower and dining area all inspired by my time in England and the former tropical colonies. The location is central and the view from the terrace is fantastic. Everything is brand new from the AC to the TV and the bed. Some furniture is antique from the 1800s. This suite is part of a small three-suite venue with the kitchen shared when you enter. We don’t have an elevator, you will need to walk up.
