Chalet Rosenstein is in a very serene and scenic location. The interior including the beds was cozy and comfortable. The playground was a nice addition for our grandchildren. It was one of the nicest Airbnb s we have stayed in. Highly recommend it.

The place is exactly what you expect from pictures - we were 2 families and had plenty of both privacy and shared space to spend time together. Apart from the fact the house was rather cold upon our arrival (the heating didn't yet heat the cold building), everything was perfect, and both Sandra and Edith (the hosts) did their best to make us feel welcome and comfy. Sandra was always ready to answer our questions and gave us local tips, too. Edith even brought us homemade cake .. simply sweet. The place is perfect for a winter retreat - cca 20 mins to Katschberg for good skiing, snow tubing hill just a few hundred meters from the house, and a safe garden behind the house. It is also well-accessible, even in snowy conditions. As soon as the house got warm, we never wanted to leave .. and the sauna after the day on the slopes was a treat .. :) Overall, we can only recommend this place, and we thank you, Sandra and Edith, once again! I hope to be back :)

Lovely, quiet chalet in a tranquil environment, set among beautiful countryside with views to match. Lots of different walks and hikes nearby and local villages within 15 mins drive, should you require them. They also provide breakfast and a home cooked meal service for the times you don't want to prepare anything. The chalet has a very nice sauna and huge ensuite bathrooms in the main bedrooms. Katharina and Andreas are the nicest, most helpful hosts you'll ever meet! I feel so relaxed after the stay. Would definitely stay again and I imagine this would be brilliant in the winter, too!

We rented the cottage with a group of friends and everything was absolutely great. Communication with the host was fast, everything was clear. The cottage is well equipped and absolutely clean. We were very satisfied.

The accommodation was great for my colleagues, very clean and tidy. Communication with Harald was absolutley great. I recommend to everyone!

Had a great stay in the apartment. Loved the car port, which had space for 2 cars which meant we didn't have to de-ice the cars in the morning. Accommodation was wonderful and spacious, so we were able to relax in the evenings. Location was great for the Kreischberg ski area, only 5 minutes drive away, and the host Doris was very responsive. Would certainly be happy to go back again in the future when we go skiing again, and possibly even in the summer to experience the patio and balcony areas around the property.

We've been there for the 2nd time and will be back for sure. Great house . We were there with our kids. Each bedroom has en-suite bathrooms . The kitchen is well equipped and everything is picobello clean . Perfect place for a relaxed getaway.

Just right for 2 people and a dog. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the Easter weekend very much. Check-in could be made flexible (we arrived at night) and communication throughout the stay went great (turning on the sauna in the evening, information about firewood for the fire bowl and we were also helped with the supply on the holiday). The cabin looks much brighter than it is in the pictures from the inside, but that bothered us less. At 174/179, it was also spacious enough for us. Larger people over 180 might have more problems - and hit their heads more often;) The animals (especially the donkeys) were a highlight and there was a beautiful walk on the hill into the forest right from the cottage. If we vacation in the area again, we will be happy to come back.

After a little struggle with finding the place, not really the fault of the host's directions, the reward was enormous. not a big space but the views were astonishing. The space was adequate, with functional kitchen and amenities and beautifully presented, but it was the outside which makes this place amazing. We didn't want to leave and neither will you.

My mum and our two boys stayed for three nights. They absolutely loved it, very friendly helpful staff at the reception and a big thank you to the caretaker who helped my mum with the luggage. Great pool and sauna area. The kids enjoyed their daily swims. They felt very comfortable and cosy in the apartment with balcony. They can’t wait to return again.

Absolutely amazing mountain hut in stunning scenery. Teresa and Stefan have put in loads of work so that you can get back to basics, slow down and live it up in natural luxury! Thoroughly recommend Danke schon!

What a fantastic place at Peter and Andrea's! We were 6 (4 adults and 2 babies) and a dog. We were kindly received with homemade cake and given a short tour of the grounds. The accommodation is very nice! Two spacious bedrooms, a nice kitchen and bathroom and a beautiful terrace! The grounds of the accommodation are large and beautiful, we could even pick oregano, chives and thyme for dinner! Peter makes his own berry vodka, vinegar and jam and we got some to try. The area is also beautiful: many hiking opportunities, nice huts with beautiful views and wonderfully quiet. We greatly appreciate the hospitality of Peter and Andrea! They are incredibly nice, hospitable and helpful. We'd love to come back!

We had the most amazing stay in this chalet. It was very clean and well equipped for a very relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The scenery is beautiful and I would 100% recommend staying here to anyone. The family are very friendly and we loved the sheep surrounding the property fence, they were so fun to watch. We had a great time staying at Luca's place. The cabin is very quietly located in the middle of the forest and it was very relaxing there. The communication with Luca was also very easy. Just a little bothered us that there were sometimes a lot of ants in the kitchen, little sunlight comes into the cabin and you smelled the canal especially on the toilet. Price/performance I would give a 4/5, still 5 stars because everything around it was also great and we definitely had a nice time:) Thanks Luca!!

Super nice and quiet place, perfect for 2 people with dog. Good communication with the host, parking at the property was hassle-free. Especially the private sauna area in the basement is just great! We will be happy to come back!

This chalet is simply incredible! Each of the five bedrooms is equipped with a comfortable double bed, has its own modern bathroom and even a private terrace - pure luxury. The furnishings are stylish and high-quality, thought out down to the smallest detail. The outdoor area is also a real highlight – perfect for relaxing and enjoying. Absolutely recommend – we will definitely be back!

Great cottage with a lot of attention to detail, which is second to none. The hut lacks nothing. Various board games, raclette, fondue are available. Communication with the owner Patrick was perfect at all times.
