We rent a very nice, newly furnished and cozy 30 m² apartment with separate bedroom. In the open living room with kitchen and dining area, there is a large sofa bed. The apartment has a separate apartment entrance and is on the first floor (no steps). The free parking is right next to the apartment. The apartment is located in the middle of the village and is easy to find. Just three minutes to the bus stop, 40 minutes to Zurich. We, the host family, live on the upper floor.

The penthouse is located in Feldmeilen, directly on Lake Zurich with a terrace and panoramic lake view. Right across the street there is a small park with beautiful views over lake Zurich and the possibility to take a swim in summer. The penthouse is 20 mins from Zurich downtown by train. The train station is 5 minutes by foot. A restaurant and grocery stores are 3 minutes by foot. It is a quiet residential building and we ask you to be quiet from 10pm - 7am.

The Schnyder's Home Schlossappartement is located in the center of Rapperswil with direct views of the city's famous landmark. The apartment is very spacious (71 m²) and has a large living room, dining area, bar, equipped kitchen, bedroom with desk. A spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and rain shower. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, 55" TV with free streaming (Netflix) complete the offer. For long-term tenants, a cheap cleaning service is offered.

The two-story vacation home impresses with its unique location directly on the shores of Lake Zurich. Enjoy the privilege of having your own lake access. The view of the lake is special in any weather. The property has a spacious swing and therefore a lot of greenery. The wooden house was built in 1934 as a summer house. It was insulated and modernized in 2021.
