Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Stair of the Turks

Close to the train station on quaint street. Functional, well kept space with tiny couch, small double bed and narrow twin bed. Kitchen had coffee and coffee maker, tea, full stove, refrigerator and hot water pot. Welcome sweets and Marsala wine were very kind gifts from host. Unit has a washer. The flat has an elevator. A nearby bar can be noisy at night. Host is very responsive and was very flexible with an early check in and late check out.

La sistemazione corrispondeva a quanto descritto: tutto pulitissimo stanza ben sistemata negli spazi, cucina assolutamente funzionale e ben arredata ma quello che è stato al disopra delle aspettative è l'immensa terrazza a mia completa disposizione (non c'erano altri ospiti) e cenare con davanti, a pochissimi Km, il tempio della Concordia illuminato è stato spettacolare! Apartamento muy limpio, cómodo y nuevo. Salvatore fue muy amable y atento con cualquier cosa que necesitaba, además de recomendarme restaurantes locales. Si vuelvo a Licata no dudaré en repetir alojamiento

petite maison au cœur des activités touristiques autour d'Agrigente (scali turchi....vallée des temples...San Leone). Tout à 10 kms à la ronde...plage à 400 mètres à pied...un confort comme à la maison avec petit déjeuner livré tout les matins par Daniela...a RECOMMANDER VIVEMENT

Le foto descrivono bene la disposizione dell'appartamento con salone e terrazzino, cucina abitabile a parte, e due stanze da letto, la prima con letto matrimoniale, un singolo e una culla, e la II con 2 letti singoli e balcone vista mare. Oltre a un bagno completo con vasca da bagno c'è un locale lavanderia con lavatrice e una doccia. L'alloggio si trova al terzo piano di un piccolo condominio in zona tranquilla, a pochi passi da panificio, bar, market, pizzeria, rosticceria ecc., 5 minuti di auto e si arriva in centro storico di Porto Empedocle, 10/15 minuti si raggiunge Agrigento e la valle dei templi, 10 minuti si arriva in spiaggia di Marinella o al lido Majata, vicinissimo alla scala dei turchi di Realmonte. Comodo punto di partenza per visitare l'agrigentino. La host signora Caterina gentilmente ci ha fornito molte indicazioni e consigli su cosa vedere, dove mangiare ecc. ma è facile orientarsi e dopo poco ci siamo sentiti come a casa. We have just spent 6 wonderful days in Sicily in Valentina's lovely apartment. We arrived a bit late in the evening, but Valentina's mum Caterina was there to meet us and gave us a very warm and friendly welcome, offering us some excellent home-made jam and ice cream. We really appreciated her efforts to try and explain in English everything about the apartment, as we are an Anglo-French couple and do not speak Italian. The apartment was spotlessly clean and is nicely decorated. The photos give a good idea of the interior. The big attraction though is of course the superb terrace which is really the main living space, with a magnificent view of the garden and the sea (even better than in the photos). The very pleasant beach is a mere 2-mns walk away. The immediate area is residential and you need a car to go to nearby Sciacca for shopping or eating out (a 10-mns drive). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the apartment to anyone seeking a little corner of paradise!

Freundlicher Kontakt, schöne stilvolle Wohnung. Matratze ist sehr bequem und ein Mückennetz ist vorhanden. Wie in der Ausstattung beschrieben, gibt es keine Klimaanlage. Das Schlafzimmer hat leider kein Fenster was einen Durchzug unmöglich macht. Dafür gibt es aber einen Decken und einen Standventilator. Ansonsten alles Prima

Très bon accueil par Fabio qui s’est montré amical, disponible et de bon conseil pour nous indiquer un restaurant de poissons au bord de la mer ou un supermarché. L’appartement est fidèle aux photos et les climatisations des chambres fonctionnent très bien. La piscine est agréable après une journée de chaleur intense. La petite terrasse permet de déjeuner avec une vue sur la mer et la piscine. Une place de parking nous est réservée dans la résidence fermée. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et recommandons l’appartement de Fabio à deux pas de la scala dei turchi et à 20min de la vallée des temples.

Le logement est très propre et conforme aux photos et description et bien équipé Il faut prendre la voiture pour tout faire car on est loin de tout (plage restos…) mais au calme et place de stationnement dans la propriété c’est appréciable ! La terrasse est tres grande et agréable Nous n’avons pas vu Alessandro mais il nous a donné toutes les instructions utiles A 5 minutes en voiture de la vallée des temples À recommander

We had a great time at Walter’s place. He was in communication with us as soon as we booked the trip. We were able to ask about parking (free right outside the apartment) and confirm we would’t drive through the ZTL. There was some construction happening in an adjacent unit which Walter warned us about as soon as they started and even offered to cancel our stay and give us a refund. We barely even noticed the construction past the beautiful view from the apartment and large balcony which we ate all our meals on. We were greeted by Walter’s associate who helped us bring our luggage up the stairs and gave us a tour of the place. The beach is gorgeous and quiet. We were there during the week in the middle of the day and there were probably 5 other people on the beach. Walter left 2 chairs, towels, and an umbrella for the beach. Walter also sent a detailed document with local recommendations including places to park and eat in the city of Sciacca. We would definitely stay again.

Casa accogliente coerente con il contesto. Tutto funzionante alla perfezione e completo oltre le nostre aspettative. Come precisato da Monica la casa è isolata noi suggeriamo di alloggiarvi con altra coppia. Consigliatissimo per chi ama la tranquillità anche in agosto.

We stayed here for 4 nights , 4 adult's and a child , for a friend's wedding. Soon as we arrived, we felt at home, we were greeted by Paolo who showed us around and Marcello was always available to answer any enquiries. The location and house wow , views and steps down to the beach , moonlight views from the bedrooms and sunsets we didn't want to leave , and will return. Grazie mille

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Andreas kleinem Haus. Wir haben uns prächtig erholt und die Lage ist top. Ruhig und zentral zugleich. In kleinem Nachbarort bekommt man alles, was man braucht. Wir haben gut geschlafen! Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet! Vielen Dank an Manfred, der uns herzlich begrüßt hat und ein herzlicher und freundlicher Ansprechpartner war.

We felt right at home at Chiara’s place. The house is beautiful with everything you need, but it’s all about the surroundings- that view! The wonderful sandy beach is an about 10 a minute steep but very do-able walk. It felt like we were at the end of the earth, in the best possible way. When we went at the end of April the restaurants on the beach (and they are right on the beach) were open but the sunbeds weren’t out and it felt so beautifully wild (but with the joy of being able to sit and have a drink or a meal right there). It’s such a big beach and the few small restaurants don’t impact the view so I think it would feel the same even in peak season. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

Maria and Salvatore are perfect hosts! The accommodation was spotless and just ideal for us and our 2 year old. We spent most of the time on the large outdoor, covered terrace with the outdoor shower and wonderful views over the valley and out to sea. We went to one of the 2 lovely beaches each day. In September they are pretty much empty yet still the weather is sunny and around 25 degrees! Such caring and considerate hosts we cannot recommend this place more!

Tout était formidable, la communication facile et le logement très propre et très confortable! Sabina reste disponible pour répondre à toutes les questions et la région est très jolie, avec notamment les plus belles plages de la Sicile. Merci encore.

Sehr grosse Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Der Ort selbst bietet wenig, man ist mit dem Auto aber in 30 min an tollen Stränden, Agrigent und anderen Sehenswürdigleiten.

Moderne, saubere Unterkunft mit grundlegender Ausstattung und mit schönem Blick auf das Meer. Gut zu erreichen durch die Nähe zu einer Hauptstraße. Wenn man ein Auto hat, ist die Unterkunft gut geeignet, um sich die Umgebung (z.B. Agrigento) anzuschauen.

Esperienza super positiva, Angelo gentilissimo e sempre disponibile a darvi tanti consigli su cosa visitare o dove cenare. Al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare oltre a tutto ciò che era descritto nell'articolo anche frutta, succhi di frutta, latte e caffè per fare colazione. Siamo rimasti molto contenti e soddisfatti di tutto dalla casa al posto, posizione perfetta per visitare varie spiagge e luoghi bellissimi. Ringraziamo di vero cuore Angelo per la bella esperienza regalata.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable chez Salvo. Vue mer depuis le studio , chemin d'accès très rapide a la mer depuis le logement, jolies plages.Jardin commun très agréable. Logement très propre et très calme .Studio fonctionnel , cuisine bien équipée, bonne literie. Comme indiqué sur les photos , accès au logement par un escalier extérieur mais qui ne nous a pas posé problème. Comme indiqué dans le descriptif voiture indispensable ( nous avons loué chez hertz à l'aéroport de Comiso , 159 € la semaine.) Site d'Agrigente à proximité. Commerce et restaurants à Licata (10 mn de route)

Tolle Unterkunft! Zentral und sauber. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett.

Die Unterkunft war noch schöner als auf den Bildern zu erkennen und wirklich sehr groß. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst zuvorkommend und man fühlt sich direkt heimisch! Gerne wieder

We loved our stay in Salvatore's place! Very clean, very close to Scala Dei Turchi and Salvatore was very responsive and helpful. We recommend!!

beautiful house, wonderful space, Close to the beach and wonderful view. it was early. spring and the weather was cold-ish and the house has a very good heater. also AC in all rooms. lots of beautiful books and magazines about art, Sciacca town, sicily in the living room. also great recommendations where to eat. kitchen is super well equipped and we felt really at home cooking for the family. the only thing that hat it is not mentioned in the description of the apartment is that the place is a house divided in 4 apartments. one of the rooms has an exit door and windows directly to the entrance and patio of one of the apartments. so when people are there and talking normal, there is no isolation to the sounds coming from outside. same to the apartment above, someone was cleaning up there in the evening and it was very hearable. there is no ceiling lamp in most of the rooms and at night the light is low. all for all we had a lovely time and loved our stay.
