Holiday rentals with a patio in Stalos

Echt een geweldig appartement! Komt volledig overeen met de advertentie. Het is brandschoon en aan alles is gedacht: thee, koffie, wasmachine, noem het maar op. Het ligt in een rustige omgeving, maar onder aan de berg wel een leuk restaurantje om te genieten van zonsondergang. We hebben even moeten stoeien met de jacuzzi: die ging midden in de nacht om het uur aan, maar de host reageerde zeer snel en wist ons goed uit te leggen hoe we dit konden oplossen. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad, ik zou het iedereen aanraden.

Nous avons absolument adorées notre séjour au Penthouse. Nous sommes un groupe de 3 couples avec deux bébés. La disposition du logement était parfaite. Nous avions chacun une chambre avec salle de bain et balcon ce qui nous permettait de tous avoir un peu d’intimité. Le logement est très bien insonorisé également. L’hôte avait laissé avant notre arrivé deux lits de bébés avec plusieurs couvertes chaudes et propres à l’intérieur, ainsi que deux chaises hautes bien équipées. Il y avait même quelques jouets pour bébé. Que dire de la propreté des lieux. C’était tout simplement parfait. Après quelques jours, nous avons même eu droit à un ménage complet et en profondeur des lieux. Finalement, le localisation est plus que parfaite. Vous êtes situés au abord de la vieille ville. Vous sortez du Penthouse et à quelques pas seulement vous y trouverez d’excellent restaurants, cafés et boutiques. Le port en soit est à seulement quelques minutes de marches. WoW je recommande vivement!

Great place in Chania, less than 10 min drive to the city center. Beautiful big room/studio with everything you need, it’s so clean and peaceful. Wonderful pool, overall recommend!

Just got from a week at Niko’s place in Old Town, Chania. The place was spotless and exactly as the photos. Niko met us, even though our flight was delayed, and we didn’t arrive until gone midnight. There was water, fruit and a bottle of wine waiting for us. The apartment is nicely located in the heart of Old Town, with the harbour, shops and restaurants only being 5-10 minutes’ walk away. There was plenty of room for two and we really enjoyed the rooftop terrace which was furnished with a table and chairs as well as a couple of sun loungers and a parasol. You have a great view down to the harbour. Great communication from Niko as well. Would highly recommend.

From checking in to checking out, everything was perfect. Anastasia was friendly and welcoming, she greeted us out our taxi and showed us all we needed to know. There was a bottle of local wine and a home made Mousaka waiting in the fridge for us which was perfect as it meant we didn’t have to go out straight away! Anastasia was very quick to respond to my messages and was very helpful with recommendations. The place was stocked with everything we needed including added extras like bathroom essentials incase you forgot to bring your own. We even woke up to some homemade food outside our door on a few occasions! The area was perfect as it had a mini market just next door. We had a couple of dinners at the local restaurant called Nesaki, which was a 2 minute walk. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. Overall this was one of my favourite holidays and Anastasia was a big part of the reason. I hope to come back soon!

10/10 experience. Breathtaking views and sunset from the balcony, perfect location right on the harbor - surrounded by all of the best restaurants and places. The apartment is beautiful - clean, modern, great appliances. (The washing machine even uses AI). The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and despite being in the middle of the action, it is so peaceful. I didn’t want to leave. I will be back here again. The hosts were incredible. Kind, helpful, proactive, and made such a nice experience for us. Thank you!!!!!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit einer Überraschung in einem der Schlafzimmer. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Sehr sauber. Ruhige Lage, perfekt um vom Alltag abzuschalten. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Manos. Einzig die schweren Koffern zwischen Parkplatz und Haus zu transportieren war umständlich. Für Menschen mit einer Gehbehinderung ist das Haus aufgrunddes Zugangs nicht zu empfehlen. 20 Minuten zum Strand von Sougia mit herrlichem Wasser. Im Juni waren kaum Leute da.

We have stayed in Chania 5 times and all our accommodations have been lovely, however, we love this street and so looked for some accommodation here. We could not have been happier with Casa Nova, it is just stunning , we were lucky enough to have the top floor with the roof terrace , which was amazing and we used every day. The living space was just like the photos and the bed was really comfy. The whole apartment was decorated with so much style. Vardis was quick to answer any questions we had and sent us such in-depth information about the area restaurants etc. This has been our favourite place so far in Chania and will remain that as we plan to return year on year Thankyou x

Alexandros und Lida sind beide so liebe Menschen. Lida hat uns sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und alles erklärt. Alexandros hat uns tolle Empfehlungen für die gesamte Insel gegeben, schnell geantwortet und war super verständnisvoll! Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum. Es hat alles was man braucht, ist super organisiert und die Tiere der Nachbarschaft sind zum verlieben. Es hat tolles Equipment für den Strand und andere Aktivitäten und alles ist super sauber und bequem! Wir sind sehr begeistert von unserer Zeit dort und werden Chania sicher sehr vermissen! Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gern wieder!

This place was even better than the pictures! There are beautiful lemon and orange tree orchards all around leading to the property. The space is clean, private, and very peaceful. I highly recommend it. You will need a rental car if you are staying here since it is a ways off the beaten path. I would consider the rental car a great compromise for such a beautiful Airbnb. There is a private spot to park so no need to pay for parking.

This house is absolutely stunning! It is even more impressive in person than in the photos. The view took our breath away every morning ! The house is about 10 minutes from Kissamos which is the small town where we bought food to cook at home. I do advise renting a car to get to the surrounding towns and beaches. The host, Ria, was incredibly communicative prior to our arrival and just as accommodating once we got there. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until almost midnight. She was so kind to provide us with food and coffee for breakfast as well as some olive oil made from her family’s business. Ria was so welcoming and helpful! We felt very safe and at peace in the house (we visited with our 3 children who are 7, 10, and 11). This was by far our favorite vacation and we look forward to returning! We highly recommend! 🙌🏻

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Das Apartment ist sehr schön, sauber und alles notwendige vorhanden. Theodoros ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Host.

We stayed at Evi's home for four nights in early June. It was a perfect spot for my wife and I and our two teenagers. Everything is brand new and operates to perfection. The location is just perfect in old town within walking distance of absolutely everything. And even though it was bustling outside in the town, the home was very quiet at night. We found Evi to be incredibly responsive and the perfect host, making many great suggestions that made our trip to Chania even better. I would highly recommend this home. Chania is a very lovely town with amazing cuisine. And with so many great excursions to be had just outside of the town as well. Highly recommend it all. Thank you, Evi.

We had an excellent stay at this Villa. Exactly as described and how it looks in the photos. Villa finished to a really high standard and lovely swimming pool. The villa is also nicely equipped & sone really nice touches from the host, Katerina, with locally grown vegetables & olive oil. Katerina went above and beyond as a host with regular cleaning & towels changes etc and was very supportive when our daughter was involved in an accident (not at the villa!) Would definitely recommend and go back 👍

Villa anasa exceeded expectations. The pictures don't do it justice, the attention to detail in the interior is impressive. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend. Gorgios was a gracious host and helpful in every way possible.

Heerlijk verblijf in een serene omgeving. Prachtig uitzicht richting zee, fijn zwembad en grote, smaakvol ingerichte kamers. Wij konden hier echt tot rust komen. Je hebt wel meestal een auto nodig om restaurantjes of nabijgelegen dorpjes te bezoeken. Voor ons geen probleem, wij genoten juist van de rust.

Ein großes Dankeschön an Konstantinos und Stelina, die eine wunderschöne Wohnung für ihre Gäste zur Verfügung stellen. Wir waren begeistert von der Aufteilung der Räume, sehr modern mit bodentiefen Fenstern, einer Küche, in der nichts fehlte (selbst eine Salatschleuder und ein Messbecher waren da!) und mit einem komfortablen Bett. Die Handtücher werden jeden 3. Tag gewechselt und die Bettwäsche jeden 5. Tag, echter Luxus! Es duftet sehr angenehm, Dank der gut ausgesuchten Duftstäbchen. Für mich ist eine gut riechende Wohnung immer sehr wichtig und das haben wir ebenso sehr geschätzt. Der Balkon ist luftig und nach 10:00 im Schatten, da lässt es sich angenehm aushalten und der schöne Blick auf die Souda Bay ist einfach herrlich. Zur Innenstadt sind es ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto, man ist also schnell im Zentrum, aber abends auch schnell wieder draußen. Ideal für Menschen, die das Stadtleben genießen wollen, es aber lieber etwas ruhiger haben möchten. Danke nochmals für alles!!

Logement qui a tenu toutes ses promesses, propreté et vue imprenable en prime. Nous y avons passé un séjour plus que parfait et remercions encore notre hôte pour la qualité de la prestation. Nous recommandons à 100% ce lieu comme point de départ pour visiter l’Ouest de la Crète !

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Anastasia & John. L'appartement, spacieux et joliment décoré, est bien situé pour se balader dans la région de Chania. L'emplacement est central, on peut facilement se rendre à pied sur le front de mer, tout en étant au calme. Nous avons spécialement apprécié la grande terrasse verdoyante et la literie très confortable. Enfin, le contact avec Anastasia et John a été très facile, ils nous ont gentiment accueillis malgré notre heure d'arrivée tardive, et avec un petit plateau d'accueil et des conseils de restos. Nous les remercions :) et les recommandons chaleureusement. Alice & Jonathan

Best airbnb we have ever stayed at because of Andonis's (and his mother, Maria, who lives in the same complex) hospitality. Andonis gave us great recommendations and even dropped off a bottle of delicious rose. Maria made our stay feel like a home. She brought us oranges from her garden for fresh juice, dolma made with zucchini flower, and spanakopita. The kitchen was also fully equipped so we were able to cook at home at least two meals a day. If we return to Crete, we can't wait to stay again.

Beautiful stay! Such tasteful design, spotless home with really wonderful staff to help. The team was very responsive and had really set up the place to make it very warm. It had everything you may neeed and more! Super strong winter net too so we enjoyed working there. Loved it and would definitely suggest!

Anastasia’s apartment is really nice, the view is amazing, and the surrounding neighbourhood is peaceful perfect for a peaceful trip.

Stella was an outstanding host. Her accommodation is beautiful. Everything was perfectly prepared. A delicious cake was waiting for us on the table. There were also various foods from Stella's parents' garden in the fridge. Stella is very communicative and gives great tips about the area. Thank you for this wonderful time.
