With a large circular living room, kitchen/dining room it is a beautiful apartment to enjoy your stay. Large windows dominate the living room which have views of the Monument and Grey Street. The second floor has three bedrooms (king, double & single bed) and two bathrooms The building has a private entrance on Grey Street & parking is also available close by.

New Stay-cation Get-away - Beach Haven

Come and relax, chill in my comfortable, cosy ground floor, one bed flat. Waking up each morning and having easy access to our stunning costline and scenery. Although there is no outdoor space at my home, there is the beautiful newly refurbished North Marine Park, which is literally over the road and five minutes walk to the stunning beach, with fabulous views of the pier's where you can sit and watch ships, liners and yachts sailing on the river Tyne with Tynemouth Priory in the distance.

Chollerton House is located in the hamlet of Chollerton and is set in its own grounds overlooking the river North Tyne which is just a hundred yards away across our own paddock. The flat is located on the first floor, affording lovely views on all sides, and has its own seperate access, assuring complete privacy. Chollerton lies only one mile north of the World Heritage site of Hadrian's Wall and the flat provides a charming and secluded base from which to explore beautiful Northumberland.

The Nook, a bright, modern and charming apartment

Centrally located in the fantastic village of Gainford which is set on the banks of the River Tees. The Nook is a beautifully appointed modern and bright two bedroom apartment, full of charm and character which overlooks the village. The apartment shares a Victorian building with its sister apartment, The Loft, and the Village shop. Opposite is the warm and friendly village pub, The Cross Keys, and 200 yards away is the village green with off road parking provided in the car park opposite.

"HAY LOFT" quiet rural location, close to Durham

The Loft is located above our garage in a large garden and field totalling 8 acres. We're at the end of a farm track in the middle of the countryside, half a mile from the nearest road meaning ZERO traffic noise. The headroom is kind of tight along the two sides but, at 6 feet tall I manage okay. Perfect for two, but can easily cope with 4 people. The Loft is accessed by external concrete steps. The accommodation is not suitable for children but we've squeezed them in on occasions.

Well equipped studio. Plenty of space for 3 to relax after a day of sightseeing. Unwind in the spacious walk in shower. Enjoy a relaxing drink in the garden or the large patio ( with or without the goats!). Perhaps even a BBQ ( gas BBQ available on request). Pop over the village green to the pub. Cosy down and prepare for your next adventure watching satellite T.V. Cook a light meal or order a take away. Very peaceful location and very comfortable accommodation.

Couples Lux Retreat - 1 Bed Coastal Holiday Flat

Less than a mile from Tynemouth and the Fish Quay, this couples retreat is a superb one bedroom 'entire’ flat. A typical Georgian style Tyneside building with original features, huge master bedroom with a four poster bed, stylish lounge, fully equipped kitchen with a new washing machine, dishwasher and fridge, a large bathroom with roll top bath and walk in shower. The location of this flat is brilliant, a week or weekend stay will not disappoint!
