Our apartment is part of a 300-year-old mountain farm, which is located in the midst of mountain meadows at an altitude of 1450m. The optimal location on a sunny south face guarantees wonderful hours on a terrace with 360° views. In the renovated, spacious (120m2) apartment you will find a unique blend of old charm and modern comfort.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Surrounded by the Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena, the house has an excellent ski-in/ski-out location. The TOP7 is about 110 m², plus a spacious rooftop terrace. The exclusive apartment is furnished in a modern Alpine style. The property has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, and a living-dining area. High ceilings, spa bathroom with private sauna. NO pets allowed. No additional costs: Bed linens, towels, and a bathrobe are included for use during the stay.

In the bedroom is a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a TV. In the kitchen you will find all kitchen appliances and a Nespresso capsule coffee maker or filter coffee maker. Enjoy beautiful days on the cozy terrace and fine relaxation in the hot tub! For motorcyclists, we have a garage. Ideal for 2 to 4 people.
