Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Stari Grad

Petar and Ivana are excellent hosts. They picked us up from the ferry port when we arrived, as we arrived without a car, and also dropped us off there on departure. We got a detailed introduction to everything - including which beaches the locals go to, etc. The apartment is very well equipped and there is also equipment for the beach - beach towels and mats, even bathing shoes, if you like. I wouldn't have needed to bring a lot with me. Basic food such as olive oil, pepper and salt are also available. The apartment is very clean and new, you sleep fantastically on the bed. The beach or various bathing places can be reached in a short time. There is also a supermarket around the corner - but I recommend the Konzum in the city, which is cheaper. Mosquito nets would have been nice, but otherwise everything was fine. Happily again!

A huge apartment with plenty of space. Located up a few stairs (like everything in Hvar) but right in town and so close to everything. Ivana was a very responsive host and made our stay easy. Thanks so much!

Quiet accommodation in a beautiful residence. 10-15 minutes from the city center.

Super nice hostess. Towels and linens are changed regularly. Uncomplicated communication. The location of the apartment is just perfect. Very central in the city and yet not too loud. The view and the balcony are simply breathtaking. Beautiful sunsets every evening. We enjoyed the time in the apartment very much. I warmly recommand.

Set back from the hyper-center, we enjoy the calm of this residential area, the small supermarket, and even give the idea of walking even more at the tip of the island. The apartment is simple and includes the essentials. The terrace, the view and the almost exclusive access to the sea make the stay idyllic. Looking forward to coming back. Thanks again!

Would recommend this place to anyone. Space is perfect for 2 people. Location is also great, 5 minute walk from Hvar center and beach. Rino made the check in so easy by picking us up after getting off the boat and was very responsive.

Great host, easy to communicate. The place was perfect for two people and had a big terrace with long chairs and table that you could use and enjoy the sunset or a calm breakfast.

I booked this air bnb for 4 nights and it was perfect. The location of the home and the view from the balcony were stunning, it was a short and beautiful walk into Jelsa too. I would definitely recommend this apartment, Ivo was very helpful and responsive. An excellent stay, thank you!

This place is beautiful. The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning. We saw the stars and heard owls at night. Has everything you need to make breakfast and do some basic cooking if you can be bothered, but there's lots of places to eat in the likes of Bol, with quite a few still open in the shoulder season. It is next to another kind of boutique hotel/airbnb thing but you're still afforded relative privacy from the terrace. Marijan gave us solid instructions on how to get there, but we still drove past the turn off so better to get there in daylight if you can. You will need a car. All in all such an amazing stay, the island of Brač has so much to offer, and this is a particularly idyllic spot. Thank you!

We were 4 adults and a toddler and Sanja’s place was lovely for us. Big balcony with a nice view and the bedrooms were roughly the same size which was great for two couples. Short easy walk to town and all the restaurants. Sanja’s mom Maria let us in on the first day. Maria was very kind throughout our stay. Greeted us with beers on the first day and when we asked about beach towels on the second day she was more than happy to provide us with some. Sanja herself was also very responsive, I messaged her a few times asking about restaurant and beach recommendations in Hvar and she got back to me promptly with a lot of information. I would recommend Sanja’s place to anyone going to Hvar.

The place is so beautiful that no photo will reveal this wonderful view that amazed us every day. The atmosphere of the house was amazing - we felt like on a deserted island surrounded by chickens, a rooster, who was our morning alarm clock, and the beautiful horses complemented the charm of this place... The house was clean, very well-equipped- and you can feel homely when cooking dinners on the patio. Close to the beach with a descent to the bottom where we were alone. Not only the atmosphere of the house, its location, the amazing view made an impression on us - such great hosts, with a huge heart, helpful and warm-hearted, and when we returned home, we received a gift from them and a beautiful bear for our daughter. This place was great. Newly renovated beautiful and bright. Marin was very generous , accommodated an early check in and drove to town to pick up our bags beforehand. Very pleased with our choice to stay here. Thank you Marin.

A truly idyllic place to unwind. We had a lovely week of swimming, kayaking and relaxing away from people (the property can only be accessed by boat so it is very peaceful and quiet). The host was very communicative - we can definitely recommend and would love to return to this unique property again!!

we spent wonderful days at oxaland. it is an enchanting place and everything was just perfect, there is nothing we missed. oxa and her husband are wonderful people who do everything for the good of their guests. we can only recommend this magical place, the danger is - that we will come again! thank you oxa for everything!!! 100% top!! oliver and family

I highly recommend this accomodation to anyone. We were super comfortable here and the balcony was Everything 🙌. The view and location is perfect. Car space right at your door. The bed was super comfy too. Kids were happy is a seperate room with the sofa bed. Very clean also. We will definitely return in future. The two Aircon’s are great. We Loved our stay 😊

This is the perfect place to be close you everything but not in the heart of it all. It was a nice walk to the port and we highly recommend Falko for food and wine and to watch the sunset nearby. The hosts were so attentive and answered any questions or requests promptly.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Josipa's place. The property is only 4 minutes from the beach and beautifully decorated. We especially loved the balcony with the magnificent view of the sea. The pool and manicured gardens invite you to relax. The hosts are extremely sweet, kind and helpful. It was nice to feel welcome and they were always there for us with help and advice. Another plus is the possibility to do the laundry in the basement, which made our stay very comfortable. We are already looking forward to our next visit and highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful week in Pisak. Great view of the sea and coast. The bay is directly accessible via a staircase and is fantastically quiet. You have the feeling that everything is prepared with love. The apartment offers everything you need and we felt very comfortable.

Our 4 night stay at Tea's was perfect. Very clean, functional accommodation with beautiful terrace with breathtaking views of the sea and its mountains. Access to a beach 10 min walk and descents of very steep stairs but worth it. Very pretty beach! Parking space just next to the apartment. Tea is a thoughtful, responsive and available host. I would highly recommend this listing.

Fantastic view from the balcony - better than watching TV! Lovely swimming pool. A steep walk from the beach - but so is everywhere near here!. A great location in a lovely authentic village - all amenties nearby. I'd recommend the local fish restaurant too!!

Ana Maria and her mom were fantastic hosts! Ana Maria welcomed us as if we were family and was always available to recommend restaurants and beaches. The house is just as pictured, quiet and well divided and very close to one of the most beautiful beaches in Bol. Very close to the center of the village and easily reachable on foot. My 2 friends and I loved our stay here! The two terraces are a jackpot as it gets quite hot during the day and there is always somewhere to sit outside. The flat is pristine, new, and the hosts genuinely kind and willing to help! For us the location couldn't be better and for me I think I will always remember the view from the living room window - white stone and sparkling blue sea!

First of all, Ivan is the most incredible host I’ve ever met. He picked us up from the ferry just after midnight and helped us with a few things throughout the week. He’s kind, generous and very understanding. The flat is amazing, especially the Seaview with the mountains in the background- spectacular! The nearby beach is stunning. A special man who has an apartment in a special place!
