Charming renovated apartment with large garden.

Our guesthouse in the center of Limmen has been completely renovated in Jan/Feb 2024 with a completely new bathroom. It is an attached apartment (30m2) with its own entrance and all amenities (AH, bakery, etc) 3 minutes on foot. The beautiful North Holland dune area and the beach (10 minutes), but also Alkmaar(15 minutes) and Amsterdam(30 minutes) are easily accessible. Parking is on the street and is free. You can use the bikes for free. You will receive a private piece of garden at your disposal.

Charming countryside Lodge on island de Woude

Lakeland Lodge, een vakantiehuisje gelegen op het idyllische eiland De Woude. Reeds op de veerpont slaat de onthaasting toe. Het vrijstaand huisje is luxe afgewerkt en voorzien van een badkamer met inloopdouche, keuken met o.a vaatwasser, oven, en koffiezetapparaat. Er is een comfortabele slaapbank op de begane grond. Op de eerste verdieping is een ruime slaapkamer met kingsize boxspring, aangrenzend nog een kleed/slaapkamer met een eenpersoons bed. Terras op het zuiden met weids uitzicht.

De Klaver Garage

De Klaver garage is een privé verblijf in rustige straat in het centrum, met gratis parkeerplek voor de deur. Aan het noordhollandskanaal, op steenworp afstand van het oude centrum en winkelstraten, vele gezellige restaurants en bars, het stadspark om de hoek en treinstation en supermarkt zijn in de buurt. De Woude, boat the Steert.

A beautiful boat (Stevenvlet) that you can relax on, even in winter , because the super heater keeps it nice and warm. The boat is on the Woude, located at our jetties by Restaurant 't Kombof. The Woude is an island with 160 inhabitants. You get on the ferry that will take you across the water in a few minutes, and you are immediately on vacation. You can take a lovely stroll on the island. De Woude is central. Within half an hour, you'll be in Amsterdam, Alkmaar or at the beach.

Wokke apartment at the Lake

Wokke apartment at the lake is geweldig gelegen aan het Uitgeestermeer. Dit heerlijk lichte 4 kamerappartement met 3 slaapkamers en zeer groot dakterras op het zuiden geeft dat `echte´ vakantiegevoel. Het ligt op recreatiepark De Meerparel in de jachthaven van Uitgeest met mogelijkheden om te zeilen, surfen, vissen en zwemmen. De snelweg A9 is goed bereikbaar dus u bent zo in Alkmaar, Amsterdam, Haarlem of op Schiphol. Ook het strand van Castricum is binnen 15 minuten te bereiken.

The apartment (32 m2) is next to the main building, located in a quiet child-friendly neighborhood. It has a private bathroom and kitchen. It gives a fantastic view of water and gardens. Near shops (650 meters) and playground. The house is a 5 minutes’ walk from the train station, from where every 15 minutes a train takes you directly to Amsterdam Central, within 25 minutes. Free parking on the street or in a private parking lot if there is no space in the street.

Situated in the countryside, a light and modern studio with amazing view. The studio has a queen size bed, bathroom and separate toilet. Airconditioned. It’s decorated with modern art and vintage details. From the studio you will step out on your private terrace. Studio offers free coffee and tea as well as free WiFi. Breakfast is available upon request (€12,50 per person). Situated 25 minutes from Amsterdam. Please note the studio is best accessible by car.

Cute guesthouse in a quiet place in Alkmaar. A true paradise, where you can unwind completely. Close to many tourist highlights (including cheese market, cruise, historic city and beer museum). The culinary and shopping events are also at a high level. You can reach the cultural heritage of Schermer, Beemster or Bergen/Schoorl in 5 minutes. As if that weren't all, many people come to the ideal location in relation to the beach, forest and dunes.
