SIMPLY AMAZING! THE AP IS EXACTLY AS SHOWN IN THE PHOTOS, THE VIEW IS BREATHTAKING, WAKING UP TO A VIEW LIKE THAT WAS SIMPLY WONDERFUL. THE APARTMENT HAS EVERYTHING, FULL KITCHEN UTENSILS. THE APARTMENT IS RIGHT ON THE SAND, WHICH MADE IT MUCH EASIER FOR ME WITH 2 CHILDREN. MÁRCIA WAS VERY ATTENTIVE, MY FAMILY AND I LOVE IT AND WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RENTING WITHOUT WORRY! NOTE: THERE IS NO GARAGE, BUT WE LEAVE THE CAR IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING'S GATE. THE STREET IS EXTREMELY QUIET!!!!

Great location, close to the water park and the boardwalk. Everything was very clean and organized! Attentive host, as well as the caretaker and the family who welcomed us. The issue of the apartment being a little uneven was noticeable but not enough to disrupt our stay. We would definitely come back!

We found the house very clean and organized, we felt at home, the place is very quiet and close to the port of Itaguaçu, the kitchen is well equipped, set of coffee cups, tea, glasses, plates and cutlery for everyone, pots, we arrived very late and found sugar and coffee to make coffee early. The apartment in Itamambuca is simply fantastic and I can recommend it with all my heart. The garden is very nice and there are many birds and also other animals such as opposition, etc. The way to the beach is very close and the equipment of the apartment is brilliant. I'm sure I'll be back.

Neusa's apartment is the same as the photos. The view of the beach from the room is addictive... all the rooms have a view of the sea, even taking a bath to see the beach. The location is excellent, close to everything and next to the Carrefour market, which is open 24 hours. Concierge staff are very polite and helpful. The apartment is very well equipped and I found the adapted bathroom superbacana. I went with my husband and my one-year-old son and we enjoyed it a lot. I intend to come back more often. I loved the apartment, has a Protective screen and mosquito net screen in all the windows, which was great because we took our kitty and he can be at ease in the apartment while we enjoy the beach. The place has everything to leave the guest at will, good television, appliances, water filter, barbecue, cart with chairs and cooler to take the beach, amenities that make all the difference. The host is very attentive and friendly.
