We enjoyed it a lot. The house is minutes away from the beach of Jabaquara, it is a quiet beach, calm sea. We have a baby, and we could do a lot. For being close, I could go and return with the baby in my lap without problems. Tadeu is a great host, received us super well and indicated great places. The district is quiet and quiet. It was a great experience.

Our contact did not go directly with Marília and Fernando, but with Lúcia, a resident of the Village who was responsible for us to receive when we arrived in Picinguaba. Due to the high volume of people traveling to the coast, even leaving the house early, we had problems in the mountains, but when talking to Lúcia, it was extremely requested and authorized us to arrive a little later. The reception was wonderful and the first impression of the place and the house also, a cozy, calm and pleasant place, Host Marília presented us with her book. The house, fully prepared, kitchen with impeccable utensils, bathroom with extra towels and extremely clean, room, organized, smelling and cozy. No negative points, it will definitely be the first option if we return to Picinguaba.

Anna is very friendly and welcoming, the animals on the property are a differential in the accommodation. For those who like it, it is a great experience. Breakfast is well served and very tasty. The studio is not very large, but it met our expectations, great for resting and escaping the chaos. Oh, and there's a wonderful vegetable garden and orchard.

It was an amazing stay! A real retreat. It far exceeded our expectations. Paulo and Cláudia prepare everything with great love. The space is very comfortable, clean and cozy. Large and comfortable Chalé, new, well cared for, all of high standard and quality. Hydro Bathtub is sensational to relax, the view is breathtaking. It has all the utensils for cooking, plus several extra amenities, such as a sauna and swimming pool in the owner's house. Hildemar was super solicitous, gave local tips, recommended service providers and always responded with agility and education. Highly recommended!

My fiancé and I love spending the weekend at Hélio's Chalet! The place is exactly as in the photos and description... Beautiful, clean, organized, comfortable and quiet! Close to a gas station, laundry and in front of a beautiful square... Helio and his wife, Elaine, were super attentive and friendly, gave us all the instructions for using the chalet and recommended an amazing pizzeria in the city. We recommend the place and we will definitely return as soon as we can!

We had a great stay, location as advertised. We were welcomed as if we were family, Bruno's parents, Mr. Celso and Mrs. Regina, were welcoming and very friendly. I'm sorry I didn't have a longer stay, because it was lovely to be in the sanctuary, very well cared for animals, very good to be among them. Unique experience, I loved it!!

The stay was great! The space and the landscaping is beautiful and the house is more beautiful than in the pictures. It had everything we needed. Township of 2 large markets and about 15 minutes walking to the historic center and pier that leave the boat rides. We carry our cachorra that has greatly taken advantage of the backyard. Even the little house being on the same plot as Gunter's house we feel private. He welcomed us very well. Pool a delight and deeper than I imagined! Voltaria more often.

We loved everything, from the reception of dear Luiza, who waited for us and received us with all affection and kindness, until the last minute of the stay. Mr. Paulo and Mrs. Margarida are wonderful, they gave us all the house instructions, before and after we arrived. The house is very comfortable, exceptionally clean, with all the utensils available. We were three adults and a baby, and the house accommodated us well. I would like to give "10 stars", but I can only give 5. We'll be back for sure. I would like to thank you again for everything!

The very well organized house, a complete kitchen with everything you need. a great location, main going by bus, I went by bus, markets, restaurants, pharmacy, very close to the house. i spent about 10 minutes walking to the beach. obs: there are three beautiful beaches, one next to the other. i also visited some islands. the township very soon, I'll be back to stay in the same house.
