Space super clean and very well located! Although they have many bars and restaurants around, it's not noisy at all. Great for those who go out at night and great for those who don't want it either. Great communication with Daniel, all impeccable! We intend to return!

I and my Husband stayed for 3 days. Everything was Great; starting with the check in where Mauro was super flexible. The apartment was clean and organized, refrigerator and stove great, air conditioning freezes very well. We slept super well every night. Hosting is close to trade and easy access. Very good pool. Our days were great, we felt at home. Thanks Mauro and Jirlan. We'll be back for sure.

We had a great stay, the flat is the same as the photos of the advertisement! The view to the beach is amazing and the location is excellent, all very close, beach, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, shopping malls… the communication was also very fast! I highly recommend it to everyone!

My stay was excellent! The host was incredibly responsive and always ready to help resolve any issues. I highly recommend this place for the comfort I experienced during my 10-day stay. The furnishings are modern, cozy, and impeccably clean. The bed is on the firmer side, which was great for my sciatica—I usually struggle with beds that are too soft, but I had no back pain here. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and attentive, always available once they got to know me. The amenities are outstanding, including an amazing gym, pool, and sauna. The view is beautiful, and despite the proximity to the airport and nightlife, I couldn’t hear any noise when the windows were shut. The location is fantastic, with plenty of things to do within walking distance and affordable Uber rides available. I had read concerns about the AC not being strong enough, but the temperature was perfect for me. There’s also plenty of storage space for clothes, which was a big plus. I recommend it!

The stay was great, we rested very well! The apartment is beautiful and super cozy with an incredible location. It's very clean, it's beautiful to see the host's care. Very careful and affectionate with guests. We will need to come to Sorocaba more often and we will certainly stay in the apartment again if available. See you next time!!!

very good, it's the second time I've stayed there and I don't regret it. Just one observation about the shower, which is very cold, and we don't understand how to turn on the stove and oven, otherwise everything is fine!!

Super well located apartment, 1 block from Av. Paulista, close to shopping and restaurants, you can do everything on foot without relying on Uber. The apartment has a beautiful view at night, the bed is super comfortable and it has a huge TV that looks like a movie theater, everything is new and impecc, from what I asked it was recently renovated, I will definitely return...

My stay was excellent! The highlight is the host's flexibility with check-in and check-out times — something increasingly rare and that made all the difference on our trip. There was no extra charge, just goodwill and genuine receptivity. Communication was easy, the place was impeccable and everything went as promised. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

The house is super cozy, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is very well-equipped, with everything we needed. The whole space is beautiful, from the interior of the house to the backyard. The environment is all surrounded, which conveys a sense of security and privacy. In addition, it was great to be able to take our dogs, the space is perfect for them to run and have fun. No doubt, an amazing experience. We'll be back for sure! It was a great experience and we will definitely be back.

the condominium does not have the best external appearance, only the apartment, but the interior was very clean, organized and well decorated.

Great space and wonderful host! A space with everything you need and very comfortable, a beautiful balcony with a good view. The bathroom has an unpleasant smell, but with the door closed, it does not pass into the bedroom.
