Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Stazione-Fornola

L'appartamento è davvero molto bello e pulito, inoltre possiede lo stile di Cinzia, una persona che ama la sincerità e la semplicità, nonché la bellezza della natura. È sempre stata disponibile alle richieste e ha sempre fornito suggerimenti utili. Consiglio vivamente questo luogo, essenziale e comodo, sia per chi voglia trascorrere giornate in montagna che al mare, facilmente accessibile ma restando un po' fuori dalle classiche rotte turistiche.

We, two adults and three children, had a wonderful time in this beautiful penthouse. Although the weather was not on our side, we made some lovely trips to neighbouring villages and Genoa. The beach is almost on the doorstep and is clean. The area is perhaps a little too quiet for teenagers, but that was also due to the weather.

Great apartment in the heart of La Spezia! Easily walkable to everything — the train station, ferries, museums, restaurants and shops. The washer/dryer was essential in allowing us to pack light on our 2 week Italian adventure. If I’m ever lucky enough to be back in the area, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Stunning terrace view of the city and waterfront below, truly beautiful. The host met us at the train station and walked us to the place, we would not have found it otherwise. Recommend using the luggage service available, as the slope was a bit difficult for 65 year olds to manage our luggage. You must eat at the restaurant "Old School Cocktails and Food", just 20 meters from our entrance. We cancelled dining experiences elsewhere for this hometown and delicious Italian food/fellowship. The host was very responsive to a few minor issues, thank you Carolina for the wonderful stay!

Super fijn verblijf, mooie locatie en dichtbij het station. ik vroeg of wij om 12 uur konden uitchecken ipv 10.00 en hij gaf aan dat hij in het begin daar nog geen akkoord over kon geven en is er achteraf zelf op terug gekomen en heeft ons om 12 uur laten uitchecken! super!

We had an amazing 5 night stay at Annalisa's and Viola's property. Annalisa met us in at the main street to lead the way to the unit so check in was a breeze. I stayed here with my 6 year old and husband. Husband slept on the pullout couch and he was comfortable. Plenty of amenities and the ocean breeze through the front door was refreshing. A great base to explore the other towns.

The location of the flat is perfect for adventuring Lucca. It’s very large for a couple and has everything you would need. We were very impressed by Sabrina’s hospitality and all of the recommendations she was honestly the best host I’ve experienced through Airbnb in my 7 years of using the service.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen! Die Kommunikation mit Elisa war super einfach und angenehm – wir haben uns von Anfang an gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Haus war genau wie beschrieben: sauber, gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen haben uns der wunderschöne Garten und die gut eingerichtete Küche – perfekt, um sich auch mal selbst etwas Leckeres zu kochen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, Elisa!

As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

Unser Familienurlaub (4 Personen) an diesem Ort war ein absoluter Traum und in Wirklichkeit noch viel beeindruckender als auf den Fotos. Das gesamte Anwesen ist makellos sauber und strahlt eine wunderbare, friedliche Atmosphäre aus. Für unsere Kinder und uns war der Pool vor der atemberaubenden Bergkulisse das tägliche Highlight – ein perfekter Ort zum Abschalten und Genießen. Die Lage ist fantastisch, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und gleichzeitig aktiv zu sein. Wir haben die Gegend auf mehreren wunderschönen Wandertouren erkundet. Was den Aufenthalt aber wirklich besonders macht, sind die Gastgeber: Chris und Joanna sind unglaublich warmherzig und hilfsbereit. Ihre Gastfreundschaft ist außergewöhnlich. Wir können diesen Ort nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Rossana is one of those airbnb hosts who go above and beyond. She was extremely responsive and caring, helping us with parts of our experience that had nothing to do with her apartment. The space itself is very clean and cute. Easy access to Porto venere and the rest of cinque terre. Highly recommend on every level.

Che dire esperienza unica perché l’alloggio si trova all’interno di un bellissimo borgo medioevale .. per non parlare del servizio impeccabile dalla pulizia e arredamento moderno dell’alloggio, al servizio dell’host gentilissimo. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato sua mamma molto carina e gentile consigliandoci anche cosa poter fare. Zona tranquillissima, possibile fare anche delle bellissime escursioni in mezzo alla natura e a pochi km per visitare le cinque terre.

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold i Massimo’s bolig i Altaganana. Kommunikationen med Massimo var helt i top – hurtig, hjælpsom og imødekommende. Boligen har en perfekt beliggenhed med en utrolig flot udsigt. Vi vil meget gerne komme tilbage!

Am meisten waren wir von dem grandiosen Ausblick begeistert, der uns jeden Abend einen tollen Ausklang auf der wunderschönen Oliven-Terrasse beschert hat. Die Unterkunft war schön sauber und das Bett war ultra gemütlich, perfekt um sich nach einem langen aktionsreichen Tag in die Kissen sinken zu lassen. Zudem bietet die kleine Wohnung alles, was man brauchen kann - für die doch noch kühlen Nächte hat uns der Pelletofen sehr gute Dienste gebracht. Gerade das Bad war wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr sauber und war ebenfalls mit einem fantastischen Ausblick über die Terrasse hinaus versehen. Maria-Elena war immer super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf ein Wiedersehen im schönen Benabbio.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits excellentes, notre arrivée a été tardive et Sabrina et son mari se sont montrés très accueillant. L'appartement est juste parfait, ils ont pleins d'attentions. Et la vie sur la mer incroyable.... Je reviendrai ♥️

Matteo E Oriana’s place was absolutely stunning! The view was breathtaking. She was very accommodating to our need to check in early. It is important not to underestimate the stairs, this may be a problem if you are elderly or have a physical impairment. We had a little miscommunication due to the language barrier but Oriana is so lovely and nice to deal with. Thank you for the stay.

Everything was perfect! Everything was prepared for our two little kids. Thank you so much! Only the fact that we couldn‘t enter the door with our twin stroller was a bit annoying as it was a smaller door than expected. But no one‘s fault. We loved the flat! Again thank you very much! We love to come back with a smaller stroller! :)

we had a great short 2 day break in Elenas place. the accommodation is more beautiful in real life and perfectly located for walking distance to everything, Including the train. it more than comfortable for two couples. we were disappointed to only be there for 2 days. thank you for the wonderful stay whilst exploring beautiful Lucca.

sehr saubere und schöne Unterkunft, etwas ablegen und schön ruhig, nur mit Auto zu empfehlen. Wurden sehr gut betreut! Gerne wieder!

Logement très propre, conforme à l'annonce. Chambre très spacieuse, avec une très bonne literie. Place de parking dans la résidence. Situé à quelques kilomètres de Pise, très central pour faire la visite de la Toscane. Nous remercions Francesca qui nous a accueilli avec ponctualité et pour ses conseils pour les visites.
