The apartment is equipped with a large Samsung washing machine, an Espresso capsule coffee machine, an oven, and a full set of kitchenware and tableware. Spritz & Love Venice apartment

Recently restored portion of villa sorrounded by a delicious garden, 10 minutes from Venice and really close to Mestre Railway station and bus stop. Located in the residential area of Marghera called "città giardino". Families with children and small pets are always welcome! We speak English, German and Spanish. Internal car parking available. The touristic city tax (€4,00 for each adult per night) is not included in the price and it has to be paid at the check in. Renovated October 2023!!!

Natalia's big flat Mestre Venice

The apartment is perfect for two families with children because it has two bathrooms and 4 rooms. The kitchen is equipped with many appliances. The accommodation tax of €4 per person per night is to be paid on site in cash. It is on the 2nd floor, no elevator. The house is close to the bus stops and the train station. You can reach Venice in 15 minutes! There are paid and free parking lots (often available) on the street. On request: crib, child seat, stroller and bicycles.
