This newly renovated 3 bedroom house is perfectly located in central Fayetteville . To include brand new mattresses, furniture ,stainless steel appliances ,cabinets with granite counter tops, four 4k flat screen tvs and a fully equiped kitchen. Cape Fear Valley Medical Center is only .07 miles away, 9 minutes to Fort Bragg, .02 miles to starbucks and 3 grocery stores, lots of restaurants within a 1 mile radius. Cross Creek Mall is 3.2 miles away along with other shopping destinations close by.

Great Little Place. Just don’t park in the drive way I think it’s only for the Tenant renting long term in the front. The host are Great he helped my husband carry his bags and he was in the middle of cutting the grass. He saw my Husband was struggling with a couple bags. I had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was exactly as advertised beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed. It was spotless when I arrived, and the attention to cleanliness really made a difference in how relaxed and at home I felt. The location was perfect quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to local spots and attractions. It was the ideal balance of privacy and accessibility. The host was exceptional: very responsive, welcoming, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire stay. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable Airbnb stay. I’d definitely stay here again!

Seante and Rodney were the perfect hosts! It was a pleasure staying at their AirBnB. Seante was there to greet us and answer any questions we had. Our accommodations were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Our hosts were there when we were preparing to leave and wished us well. You could not ask for better hosts!! And if we return to Fayetteville we will be sure to book with them again!
