Small cozy bright attic apartment in Speyer

Since our tenant only needs the apartment a few days a year, you can book it. It is on the 3rd floor, which means there are 1 x 5 steps and 3 x 15 steps to manage. We have installed 3 ceiling fans. Currently the one in the living room is defective, This is a non-smoking apartment!!! There is a covered smoking corner behind the house where you can also sit comfortably. If someone wants to lock up or charge a bicycle or motorcycles, we have a lockable garage with power connection.

Cozy "tiny house" with a view

We offer our tiny cottage, attached to the main house. It has a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a sleeping alcove that can be reached via a ladder and a great view of horses, dogs and an aviary of chickens. The cottage is in the south of Speyer in a COMMERCIAL AREA and can be at least 2 nights. Close to the riverside forest and only 5 minutes by car or 20-30 minutes by foot from the cathedral and the city center. Not far away is a bus stop. There's wifi, it's quite, very bad.

Elisabeth and Gerald are very warm people who welcomed me kindly. The room was large and bright overlooking the garden. A private, cute bathroom was still a bonus. Everything was thought of. Coffee, tea, water were all lovingly prepared and a fridge was also there. And the bed was great too. I was even allowed to practice some bass and got good tips for the area. I'd love to come back and stay with you. Best wishes from Kassel Bea

The apartment offers plenty of space for 4 people and is very bright. Everything was extremely clean and tidy. Especially great were the toys, puzzles and board games for the children as well as the provided high chair, changing mat and diaper trash can. Due to the proximity to the highway, it is a bit noisy with the windows open. However, much less can be heard when the windows are closed. The contact with Tobias was very nice and prompt.

After the long car ride, Heidi warmly welcomed me and helped me with my things. I immediately felt very comfortable and welcome. The location is very central, yet I found it to be quiet. Heidi provided me with all the information and was always there for questions and tips. She is a hostess who really cares about making her guests feel as good as possible. I'd love to come back!

An enchanting super nice and lovingly furnished old building apartment in the heart of Speyer. 1 min to a delicious bakery, on the other side 1 min to a park. 5 min walk into town. Great room with beautiful high ceilings. An incredibly great mattress - I fell asleep right away. Decorated with so much love: coffee maker in the room. A small table, water and fresh flowers. It was like coming home. Astrid was so helpful, flexible and a warm host. Therefore: unfortunately only one night - but happy to come back when I visit my home. Thank you for everything. ❤️
