Welcome to ARTEna, our small apartment in Kassel. The apartment is 39 square meters and faces north. Through the large window fronts in the living-dining room, the room is flooded with light and you have a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with everything. - Dishwasher - Stove with oven - Range hood - Fridge with freezer compartment The ceiling height in this room is only 1.95 m. The bedroom adjoins this room. The bedroom has a 1.60 m wide bed and a walk-in closet. Linens and towels are included. In the bedroom is the TV and a small desk. From the bedroom you enter the bathroom, which has a shower. Outside there is a small glass house with plants and seating. In front of the apartment is a beautiful terrace with garden furniture. The apartment is located in Kassel/Kirchditmold. Here you are in the middle of the countryside in the immediate vicinity of the forest. You can walk to Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. However, there is also a good connection to public transport. The front west with its Wilhelminian-style buildings is four tram stops away. Here it is particularly beautiful and diverse around Bebelplatz. Grocery stores are within walking distance. We are happy to give you tips on what you can experience in Kassel and the surrounding area.

We are renting out an idyllically located holiday home in Kassel's prettiest district Bad Wilhelmshöhe. While centrally located near both public transport stations as well as Europe’s largest hill park "Bergpark", it's still amazingly quiet and peaceful. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance as are fields and meadows that will make you forget you're actually in a city. We offer two separate sleeping areas, a well-equipped kitchen as well as living room and space for working.

Quiet attic room in the mezzanine

A very nice room on the 2nd floor of Bettina and Marcel's house. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed the peace and quiet there after the somewhat stressful conference days. In the hallway there is a small refrigerator, which even has a small freezer compartment, in the room a kettle, so that I could take good care of myself. The Congress Palace was easily and quickly accessible by bicycle, as was the Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe train station. Conveniently, there is a good supermarket within walking distance. I was allowed to lock my bike to the fence. Bettina and Marcel were very friendly, and if I had had more time, I would certainly have been able to have a good conversation with them. I highly recommend it and host.

Stayed with Ingrid at the end of October. Everything went smoothly and without problems. Upon meeting on the spot, I received the keys and comprehensive instructions on the amenities in the apartment and check-out procedures. After which I did not need additional help, although the host was nearby and in touch. I didn’t hear my neighbors, it was quiet. The location is convenient, as the apartments are located in the very center of the city. There is a tram stop nearby, and walking to the main street of the city is very close. I am very glad to meet Ingrid. She is very friendly and responsive. Thank you very much Ingrid, I enjoyed my time! Definitely recommend!
