The apartment of about 60 sqm divided on 2 floors is located in a barn overlooking the meadows just 5 min walking distance from Göta Älv. There is a fully equipped kitchen and it includes sheets and towels. Bus is 2 km away that takes you to Älvängen where you can take the commuter train to Gothenburg in 20 minutes. in Älvängen center there is everything you can think of in service grocery stores, pharmacy, shoe store, flower shop etc. In Ale municipality there is golf, hiking trails, bike paths, paddling opportunities, fishing waters etc.

Luxury villa with pool close to the sea

Amazing house for those who want that little something little something extra! Pool area, gym, hot tub, sauna and a lovely garden to rest your eyes on. The pool is accessible and heated to at least 28 degrees between May until September. Close to shop, clothing store, Pizzeria, sushi, Thai and hamburger restaurant as well as 600m to the train and bus station but above all the sea. The nearest town is Stenungsund 10 minutes by car. Good transport links to both Gothenburg and Uddevalla by train or bus. 30 minutes by car to Gothenburg.

Welcome to the big square on our family friendly farm. There are currently chickens, ducks, rabbits and guinea pigs you can cuddle with, a 12m long cable car, possibility of swimming in the family's 6x3m heated pool, large lawn for those with running in their legs, dog yard and possibility to go quad biking. With over a hundred fruit trees and berry bushes, there is always something to munch on when there is season and in my small farm shop there are eggs, honey and organic sourdough rolls when I bake on the weekend.

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun. Cozy patio to relax and pool for cooling swimming. Berries and fruit can be found in the garden to pick if it is ripe. Proximity to the sea and nature. Good starting point for excursions in Bohuslän and to Gothenburg with everything it has to offer. A bike ride or walk down to the nearest swimming area or lots of nice swimming areas and sights to go to on Tjörn and Orust by car. Proximity to the city center and train station.

Approximately 40 minutes by car to Gothenburg which is also easily reached via train/bus with frequent departures.

Närmaste matbutik ca 10 min bort med bil och ca 45 min från Göteborg. Saltvattenpoolen är uppvärmd under sommarmånaderna och gräsmattan inbjuder till diverse utomhuslekar. Inga sängkläder eller handdukar är inkluderat. Städning av badrum, kök, golv mm görs av gästerna innan man lämnar boendet.

Nice bike paths on Stenungsön, Stora Höga, Furufjäll etc. Golf courses such as. Stenungsunds GK, Tjörns GK and others within minutes. Everything is perfect!
