The apartment is centrally located in the south of Rosenheim with a good bus connection to the train station or quickly by car on the highway. Hello dear travelers, We live here in the middle of the forest. The lake is a few meters from the front door and in the heart of Bavaria! We live simply but beautifully and enjoy the feeling of living in a very special place every day. However, a car/bicycle is an advantage here, as we are not connected to the public transport network. The nearest bus stop is 2 km away.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.

Our place is in Rosenheim and is located in the middle of Munich/Salzburg. The Inntal triangle towards Austria and Italy/Brenner is approx. 5 minutes away. Lake Chiemsee and the mountains can be reached in about 20 minutes.
